Muito bom e relativamente perto da UMASS. O café da manhã inclui torradas, donuts, leite e chá. O arrefecimento é bem adequado. Possui estacionamento gratuito. As camas são grandes. É próximo de comércio e restaurantes.

Everything was fine besides the air conditioner leaking water and making the room smell like humidity which was very discomforting for us. The staff was not very welcoming. Breakfast was good, nothing big, but good enought. It is close to Amherst which is very convenient. And it has parking spot and a gym that is good too.

Nice bed, squeaky clean room, quiet

Unless we were treated differently, I fail to understand why more travelers didn't rate this higher. The check-in was easy and pleasant, the 5th fl. room was squeaky clean (including the bathroom), spacious, and comfortable. The king-sized bed was neither too hard nor too soft -- just right. The room included a fridge (w/ small freezer) and microwave, iron & board & hair dryer plus phone, alarm clock & toiletries. Wifi login was effortless and strong. DH wasn't thrilled with the Continental breakfast but the juice/coffee/yogurt/pastries & bagel/hardboiled egg satisfied me. The worst part of it all was trying to figure out how to get our favorite TV channels -- hardly worth mentioning. Totally recommend this "budget hotel" to all!

Great Value and Friendly Staff

We stayed at this hotel several times while visiting a dying relative and clearing out his apartment. The staff was friendly and frequently asked about him. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, and were well supplied with towels, toiletries, a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, minifridge (larger than a cube fridge), and microwave. When there was a problem – such as a non-working television or alarm clock – it was immediately remedied. The free breakfast was beyond our expectations – delicious coffee, pancakes, hard-boiled eggs, juice, and a variety of bagels and muffins. The breakfast room was a pleasant place and adjoined a sitting area with a computer. When we stayed at a couple of other places because of proximity to the hospital, we regretted it. Howard Johnson is likely the best hotel value in the Pioneer Value.

The desk staff were efficient and very helpful. The room and bed were clean. The heat/cooling system was easy to navigate and worked well. Breakfast included healthy choices. Good value for the price.
