Breakfast was the stand out for me. Yes the room was clean. Front desk was great. Bathroom nice and neat. Stayed on the 3rd floor. Room 398 maybe. There a little hole in my ceiling that was patched but you could tell it was a quick job. Other that it was great. Near everything. How about staying there go to great Wolf Lodge, then Busch gardens, then the beach. Really nice place and it would be cheaper to stay there.

Black mold found

There was obvious mold issues that were visible to the eye , i ended up having breathing difficulties and couldn't get an epipen because the pharmacy section of Walgreens near by closed at 9pm. Even with a room change for someone with allerhies to mold this made it hard the sleep because I had swelling in my throat and nose. Had I missed the mold I might have stopped breathing or woken up in anaphylaxis.

This hotel was conveniently located for shopping & dining. Morning coffee was always in the lobby to grab and go after a great night's sleep. The room was comfortable, clean and all staff was accommodating. The inside pool was small and the hot tub was not effective. I enjoyed the experience.

Check In issue

Only issue was check said 3 got there at 4 and jr suite was not ready. Told to come back in an hour, came back a little after 5 it was ready but still had to check out by 12 next day. I think they should have allowed us to stay at least an hour longer since we had to wait 2 hours to get in for what was paid. Staff was nice at desk and at their Cafe area. Room was clean and comfortable/convenient to area attractions and food. Would return.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They welcomed each guest and maintained safety standards by wearing masks. They could be mindful to explain that an incidental deposit is charged just so people are aware of it.
