I've just had a lovely spa day with my sister for my birthday. All the spa facilities were lovely, clean and stylish. The afternoon tea was very nice and the service was great. My massage with Laura was super relaxing and just the right pressure, very relaxing.

Perfect Hotel with amazing staff

As a Diamond Member visited many Hiltons but Majestic is one of my favourite. Historic building with beautiful spa. Bar and restaurant are really stylish and room is really big and clean. But the most important are people which are working there, starting from receptionist Gauri, in Spa Sheila and in Restaurant Anna and her friendly team. Starting a day with good breakfast and be greeting and served by positive peoples is what every place should have. Well done Anna for build good and friendly team (Tina, Ishmael, Ashley, Sophia, Emily, Ryan). See you next time Majestic.

Great Stay in this Majestic Hotel

We stayed for 2 nights in March. We had a great welcome from reception and appreciated the lovely cookies. Our room was huge, with a sofa and a lovely comfy bed. I loved the old features such as the fireplace and cornices. We had bathrobes and slippers provided, which was great for visiting the spa. There was scaffolding outside the room. But this didn’t bother us. Old buildings need to be maintained. I used the spa, well mainly the pool! It was nice and warm and quiet on two occasions. On Saturday morning it was busy with young families, so you may be able to time your visit accordingly. The staff were very friendly. It’s only a 5 minute walk into town from the hotel so it’s a great location. Parking is £12. We didn’t use it, instead we used MyParkingSpace for parking at Asda which was £6 for 2 nights, and not too far to walk. We would definitely return to the hotel. Can I also recommend Konak meze, a Turkish restaurant which was excellent and does a great value lunch menu.

A big thank you to the Carters team for a delicious afternoon tea and lovely, friendly service. Everyone on our commitee was very complimentary and enjoyed it. Also, you have been a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating with our requests. The venue in Carters is beautiful and staff very helpful! We look forward to using you again.

A Majestic visit - Excellent customer service

A wonderful place to stay! I would like to thank the Doubletree Harrogate Hotel for the wonderful time and experience at our last stay. We had an extended stay this Winter at the hotel and the hotel staff made it one of our best. I have been a Hilton member for over 15 years and have traveled to many locations. Harrogate is now one of my favorites. To start the restaurant staff provided the best customer service. They made sure we always had a table that fit our large family. The breakfast and Sunday lunch were most excellent. We had some fabulous English food and tea sets. It was a pleasure getting to know them and they had great ideas on sites to see in the local area. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff every day. Although often busy, they were always helpful and caring. We appreciated the fresh clean rooms every day and the relaxing visits to the spa. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Harrogate this is the place to go.
