VERY disappointed, Services are limited.

The only nice thing about this place is decor. My mom and I were super excited to stay in a nice hotel, but they lack services and responsibility. We were VERY disappointed to find out they don’t have complimentary breakfast after paying $250+ tax to stay ONE night. There was a disturbance in the room next to us with a man beating his kid and his kid screaming at 10:30pm. We alerted the front desk after we heard the little boy screaming “I need help.” Front desk came up, but just stood there as this kid was screaming in the room and WE had to knock on the door because the front desk wouldn’t. Called the cops for abuse of a child and the front desk never sent the cops up. Staying at the Holiday inn would be a BETTER choice.

Top Notch Hotel

Hotel Indigo is an exceptional hotel in a great location. It is definitely what I would call a boutique hotel. Beautiful styling exists throughout the public areas and the rooms. We booked a one-bedroom suite and I can honestly say it is one of the largest and most luxurious rooms we've every stayed in. Comfy sectional in the living area, along with a full dining room set and large bar area. The bathroom had our favorite, a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. We were in Hattiesburg to ride the Longleaf Trace, and although that was fun, the hotel made the trip special. Would definitely choose this hotel again. For all you cyclists out there looking to ride the Trace, staying here makes it easy. We were able to easily ride from the hotel through the college to hop on the trail. From there you can ride into town or into the countryside. Fun trip!! Oh, and the front desk staff were very nice, especially Dennis.

Boutique hotel feel

This was perfect for my last night of vacation. It was low-key fancy in a hip, cool way. My room was spacious, artfully decorated, and quiet. The halls and public spaces were clean and well maintained. Location is great — I got my nails done at the place across the parking lot before heading out for the evening. When I returned that night, I found a parking spot easily and the lot was well-lit and I felt safe.

Great Location, Limited Service

We were expecting an experience similar to other stays in Hotel Indigo properties. This hotel, however, did not provide cleaning service for stayovers and did not have a restaurant open for breakfast. It was a bit of a disappointment. They directed us to a restaurant across the street for breakfast, but the wait was 45-minutes, and the food and service were mediocre. The next day, we walked a bit further to the I-Hop and had a better breakfast. In the evening the Bar staff was friendly and accommodating, but their selections were limited. It appears that this hotel has not recovered fully from COVID. The hotel is in a good location and is in good condition, but don't expect any services.

Poor Customer Service, Nice clean room and great location - not worth the experience.

Maybe the worst hotel experience in the last 20-years for me and I spend 150+ nights per year in Hotels. At 7am I was awoken out of bed for maintenance but could not get room service after requests before 11pm and could not get service in the Brass Hat dinner only restaurant. At 10:01pm I was rudely asked to leave and not allowed to finish the last sip of y drink “or I am calling the Manager” I checked out of the hotel at 10:30, 28 minutes later and into the Marriott Residence Inn for $105 less per night 1 week into a 4 week stay in the middle of a 9-Month stay a Hattiesburg. I think maybe the rude Brass Hat bartender and hotel receptionist cost them about $10-20,000usd in business. I would not recommend the Hotel Indigo in Hattiesburg, MS. I have co-workers with similar experiences
