Apesar de ficar somente uma diária, é um hotel moderno com ambientes aconchegantes e um restaurante com um cardápio muito bom. O café da manhã é de ótima qualidade com boas variedades e alimentos preparados na hora.

So I reserved given the good reviews and have concluded there are better options. For those members of IHG, try the Holiday Inn Express on Luis D Colosio. I highly suggest you avoid the restaurant, “Olivo” or something along those lines. Tasteless food, although pretty good service. Overall, this place is highly overvalued.

US Tourist Friendly

I don’t speak Spanish, but checking in was a breeze. The staff is very patient and accommodating with English speaking tourists. The room was spacious and clean. The bar and pool areas were comfortable. It was everything I would expect from a Holiday Inn & Suites.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good, clean rooms as you would expect. But the bed and even pillows were great. Solid WiFi and room service was good too. The staff were incredible because I was gifted some tamales from local friends and needed them cold over night to travel home the next day. They put them in the kitchen freezer and had them ready for me in the morning with my shuttle - at 5:00am - without my asking about them. Gracias!

BED BUGS: DO NOT STAY HERE

Do not stay here! Careless management, complained about animal bitting me, they ignored my complains, had to go to an specialist only to find out that i was bitten by bed bugs... THAT IS DISGUSTING ! They did everything under the water, did not want to pay for expenses for doctor, we requested refund for entire stay which was paid with card and when everything happened they returned the money on a yellow envelop... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Picture of reference on some of the bites i got, they are all over mu body!!! And picture of zero professional GM
