Tive que passar algumas horas somente, mas o quarto é ótimo. A cama é enorme e super confortável. Se não estiver a fim de comer no restaurante do hotel, tem um McDonald's a três minutos de distância a pé. Esse hotel é atendido pelo serviço de ônibus desde o Heathrow até o circuito de hotéis (acho que custa 5 libras para cada trajeto).

Hotel markets itself to Heathrow travellers and advertises a shuttle bus. This is privately operated and completely unreliable - did not turn up and when contacted claim 4 times it was 5 minutes away - it never arrived. Hotel refused to even call a taxi - very unhelpful. Ultimately the taxi was £25 an unexpected addition to the stay. Otherwise the accommodation was good.

Sirs, We stayed in the Heathrow Sheraton (SHERATON HEATHROW HOTEL, COLNBROOK BY-PASS, HARMONDSWORTH, WEST DRAYTON) on Saturday night 11th February as we had an early flight from T5 on the Sunday morning. We were outside waiting for your scheduled bus at 6 am along with others. However no bus turned up and after more than 3/4 of an hour had to use a taxi which made us a bit late for check-in. The hotel told us that your service is very unreliable. We will never use your service again and advise others to do the same. I am also wring to the hotel to suggest that they advise all their customers when the arrive not to rely on your service. I need from you, an explanation, an apology, and a refund of our taxi costs. What a gem of an airport hotel. Yes there are newer properties, but what makes a hotel are the team that take pride in their commitment to welcome guests from around the world. I loved my stay. I had the opportunity to have access to the Club, certainly worth the premium. Just off the restaurant, it was a sanctuary on the ground floor. What made this area special was Christina, who carefully took note of every guest’s preferences, and kindly made us all feel welcome. That’s all you need after a long day. Thank you to the housekeeping team who’s attention to detail made my room feel fresh and clean throughout my stay. I only wish I knew their name to offer a personal note of thanks. This is a perfectly run property. thanks to all involved.

Just before flying away on our holiday we stayed in this hotel again and the service was as previously, very good. Thank you to all the staff, those we met & those whom are invisible to guests. We were welcomed by Flo and her team, who were very polite, professional and obliging. Our room was prepared according to our wishes. The room service from VERONICA was superb, she remembered from last time our requirements. The club lounge has improved a lot and is worth a visit. The staff in there is vey kind too.
