The Aspen is a great place to stay. It has great views and is a quick taxi ride to the airport. The staff are friendly and accommodating without having to ask. The rooms are cozy and clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. There is a little kitchenette with items you need down to cutting boards and pots and pans. Most restaurants are not in walking distance but a Safeway and liquor store are right across the street along with some banks. I’d trust them for another stay after some poor luck with other locations!

Super clean hotel with friendly staff, excellent service, and a great view. The General Manager greeted me when I arrived and helped me load items into their freezer and the Maintanence guy helped me load luggage into the car. I usually stay at a different hotel when I travel to Homer, but I will be switching to the Aspen.

This was a great hotel for us! It was clean, in a great location and very friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again. Had a full-size fridge and a stovetop which helped save us some money on the food bill since eating out is about twice the price of what we pay in our home state. Just make sure you buy your groceries in Anchorage if you can, as Homer residents struggle to get groceries for their families during tourist season.

I stayed here for one night this past month (after the 5-hour bus ride from Anchorage) and was so pleased with the Aspen Suites Hotel. My room was beautiful (facing the mountains) and very spacious. It's conveniently located across the highway from a Safeway where I picked up breakfast the next morning. Special shout outs to Mary, Hailey and Jaren. The staff were wonderful to deal with - professional, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood.

Great location and place to stay

We only spent the one night but were very happy, there is a store across the road so you can make full use of the kitchenette, clean and tidy with friendly staff. Not on Homer spit but only a few minutes away in the car. Great place to stay
