reserved my stay for one night using the app. The reservation was for $147.92 (fine). When I arrived I was told I needed to swipe my card for incidentals($177...). The water pressure in our room was so low I felt like I was outside in a very light rain shower and the water was not hot. I expressed my concerns to Kania upon receiving an text from her about my stay. I also expressed to her my concern about the many charges pending on my credit card from this establishment. She told me no worries they would fall off in a few days. We came to agreement that my stay would only be charged half the reservation amount of $73.96. This stay was March 7th to 8th 2020. Yesterday I sent Kania another text with a picture of more charges pending on my charge card and she said she would fix it and not to worry. Today March 11th. I have 2 charges for $147.92, 2 charges of $73.96 and another pending charge of 73.96 on my credit card I used at this establishment. That is over $500 of mistakes. I called and spoke with the GM Tyler Frank and he was no help. Told me he did not see any charges only authorization holds. So this situation has been escalated to my credit card company for dispute. I will never stay at another Hilton again. No thank you. I will also make sure I speak with every Surgeon, Nurse, patient, and traveling review I can to let them know how much of an inconvenience this Hotel was to me and my family.
Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good location, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast could use a little help but it’s not to bad. I was in room 434 nice and quiet. My digital key didn’t work but that was about the worst thing.
Get away for Birthday!
Cannot complain! Comfortable! Clean! Staff was great! Amenities were great! I came there with my day starting off bad and Kania started my evening with a smile. Ended our stay with Melissas help! We will be back!
Safe comfortable in N HOU
Great place near (but far enough away from) Greenspoint. I travel to our production location near Greenspoint and will not stay in that immediate area. This is close enough for a 10 min drive in, but far enough away to be safe
