Great experience in every area. Excellent service. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were in Idaho Falls for a surgery and the staff made our stay stress-free. If your looking for a quiet, clean motel this is the place.

We stayed here for the past two nights. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ask if there was anything we needed. They also at night had soup if you wanted some. That was a nice addition. This is a great place to stay don’t miss it

Excellent place to stay. Home away from home. This place is a good fit for those who just want some quite and peace. Nice hot tub jacuzzi and indoor pool. Almost all tv channels and comfortable beds. The staff are polite and on top of doing what needs done.

Comfortable Stay in This Pet Friendly Idaho Falls Hotel

We paid $136 for this overnight stay in Idaho Falls. The facilities could use some updating and cleaning, but it was a good location and a comfortable room. The hotel is near the interstate but entrance is tucked away a bit. There is off street free parking. It is walking distance to some restaurants (Burger King right next door) or a short drive to others (including a great BBQ place Grandpa's that we got take out from.) A short drive under the highway bridge puts you in the middle of a very pretty upscale downtown area with a nice walking trail along the Idaho Falls. Our room was very comfortable with a microwave and minifridge. The hotel was crowded but relatively quiet throughout the night. Staff were friendly and competent. Internet was free and reliable. The breakfast had hot offerings including eggs and sausages though items needed to be refilled more often. Fresh baked cookies were put out in the evening. Some beverages available all day. It was easy to get back on the road and continue our trip the next morning.

Very Nice and Clean

Gold & Platinum members of their loyalty club even have parking places reserved near the front door! When we checked in, the young man was very friendly and even noticed we were gold members and entitled to an upgrade. He was so nice and gave us a wonderful room on the ground floor. He even met us at our car as we were unloading to thank my husband for his military service. (We were booking in under the military rate) Our room was spotless and perfectly clean. Not a water-spot anywhere in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and enough pillows for a king size bed instead of the normal 2 or 3 regular size pillows. Internet was great without any problems. Breakfast had hot entrees, waffles, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
