Conforto oferecido pela rede, boa localização, próximo a lojas, restaurantes, hospital e a interstate. Proximo ao independence center, único mall da região. Bom café da manhã a preço justo. Recomendo!
Hotel muito confortavel e bem localizado
Estive recentemente no Missouri e me hospedei no Hilton Garden Inn da cidade de Independence. A estrutura do hotel e muito boa, quartos limpos e confortaveis, cafe da manha bem servido, se comparado aos padrões tradicionais americanos. Se voce esta de carro, esta e uma boa opcao para quem pernoita ou fica por uma semana, como foi meu caso. Bem localizado e proximo de diversos centros de compras e opcoes de restaurantes.
Heath Department Notified!
First of we are Hilton Diamond Members and have been with Hilton for nearly 20 years. This property is GHETTO!!! The elevators are gross. Hand prints all over the doors inside and out. They haven’t been cleaned since God knows when. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time either. Trash lines the hallways because they let it sit for days. Our shower drain was so backed up that we couldn’t even use it. My husband had to get on his hands and knees and clean the drain out. We found so much crap it wasn’t even funny. The photos below speak for them selves. They don’t help you here what so ever. You are on your own at your own risk. We have contacted the health department and Hilton executives about what is going on here. They are aware and so is the health department now. This place should be shut down and condemned. It’s a covid outbreak waiting to happen. Please trust me. I’ve traveled for 20 years and trust me this is a nasty nasty place! Thank you
AWFUL!
I’ve come here for business pre-pandemic and it was ok. But this trip—-OMG. It is like they are not even a Hilton branded hotel! There was ABSOLUTELY no Hilton branded sanitizing stickers or signage ANYWHERE. Not on the floor not on the doors, no sticker on the doors or remotes. There was pens and pads of paper as well as menus and channel guides in the room. The best treat in the room was the rodent poop o found this morning when I dropped something and was packing to check out. I am a Diamond member and just appalled this place is still open!! No gym, no food, no waters offered and the best—rodent poop. I cannot wait to get my survey in email because I will take this way up the chain. I left because I felt so unsafe there. They should be shut down if you cannot follow the proper guidelines in this pandemic. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Frightful! And not in a fun Halloween way
One star is gracious for this Hilton. We are Hilton Gold members and this was one of the worst stays we have had in 25 years. Garbage on the hallway floors. Huge pile of trash on the 2nd floor stair landing - 3 large garbage bags, pizza boxes and lots more. I am surprised there weren’t rodents checking out this spot. The hallway and room smelled musty. There was no water offered to us, which is customary for Hilton to its Gold guests. There was NO breakfast, not a packaged muffin or a grab & go box as other Hilton’s are doing now. In our room, which was so very outdated, the old fashioned banister radiator chugged loudly and there was some mechanical item locked in a closet that loudly hummed and vibrated all night long. Just terrible! The worst part of all is that I burned 20,000 Hilton Honors points for this nightmare. Maybe it was part of their Halloween scare.
