Esse é um excelente hotel na Ilha de Skye. Muito aconchegante, confortável e com atendimento eficiente e simpático. Todos os ambientes tem um charme especial e os funcionários são de uma gentileza exemplar. O entorno do hotel é maravilhoso em ambiente bucólico. Fica longe das vilas da ilha, mas para se passear pela ilha um carro é mesmo necessário. Internet nos apartamentos é precária. Café da manhã personalizado e delicioso.

Quarto aconchegante, bem decorado. O banheiro é pequeno mas muito bom. O hotel fica à beira da estrada da ilha de Skye, portanto precisa estar de carro. Atendimento excelente. Pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ficamos por duas noites.

Este hotel está bastante próximo para quem desembarca na Ilha de Skye vindo de ferry de Mallaig. É um hotel simples no meio de uma paisagem bem rural, mas que atende bem a um pernoite. Não espere alguém para carregar suas malas até o quarto (o nosso ficava no primeiro andar). A par de um certo amadorismo no atendimento, o que nos surpreendeu foi a qualidade da comida servida no jantar. Muito boa e também muito bem cobrada!!

We spent two nights at the Toravaig and upon our arrival the manager was very welcoming and started giving us all sorts of tips to maximize the amount of hikes and sights we could see while staying on the island. We had dinner at the sister hotel down the street, and while it was a little more expensive than we were used to, the food was incredible. Breakfast at the Toravaig was great and the staff in the mornings were very helpful. Even after we checked out the staff was giving us tips for what to do in see when we went on to our next destination in Edinburgh. The room/bed was very comfortable and clean.

We found the location lovely and so was the hotel it’s self however when we went inside the hotel manager was a little overbearing as all we wanted to do after a long journey was go to our room, she kept insisting we sat in the lounge. While the manager was showing us to our room she said “This is your room.” She opened the door to someone else’s room and they were in there, this was very embarrassing for them.The evening meal in the sister hotel was amazing. The breakfast was not good, we explained the night before that one of us needs gluten free options but the breakfast staff were unaware of this, once we had ordered our food only one plate came out and the other plate came 10 minutes later, we ordered brown toast and this did not arrive so we had to ask but were then told they had no brown bread, we had the white toast bought out however we had to ask for butter and condiments. We were not offered orange juice but had to ask for it and we had to take salt and pepper from another table as that was not offered either. As for leaving the hotel we went to our vehicle only to hear a member of the staff shout out” Where is the f**king milk.” We feel that this is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning to this hotel.
