This hotel is very dated and all tasks (front desk, breakfast prep, cleaning, etc.) are being performed by the front desk attendant and another cleaning person. Pool was closed, breakfast wasn't ready, room wasn't clean, internet didn't work. If not for the lower price, I would of stayed somewhere else. It was just ok for one night.

I booked a reservation through Priceline and needed to move it out two days due to getting sick. I was worried they'd not accommodate me, but they did! Not only did the manager do such, but when he saw me with the hood of my car up, before he was going to run an errand, he came over to check on me. I told him my car was burning oil and I just needed to keep adding oil to to until I could afford the big fix. The hotel room is great. The manager has been very professional and pleasant and overly accommodating. And the rates are SO low!! Great stay. Love my room: one BIG bed and a couch and a desk.

We had pets and needed an extra bed. They had a large room with three beds that was just right for us. It was great! Nice restaurants were just around the corner. The breakfast was a little light, but that was mostly because there was a snow storm and there were few people at the hotel.

I didn't realize when I made the reservation it was a low budget version of a Best Western. Not happy there wasn't an elevator and just steps. DH & I are in our 60s so lugging suitcases & other stuff upstairs isn't easy anymore. Room was clean but window screen that a large hole in it so we stuffed a napkin in it to plug up most of it. Wanted to keep it open at night and didn't want any bugs coming in. They cleaned the room, removed trash, and gave us clean towels. That's nice considering a lot of hotels aren't doing that anymore. Very quiet at night. Owner and staff were very friendly and nice. It was just OK for the price paid. My only gripe about all the BW hotels I've stayed in so far: The toilets are TOO low for older people with bad backs and knees. Upgrade to the higher ones like most casino resorts have.

The hotel may be a little dated, but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast was limited, but included sausages and plenty of pastries and breads. The pool and exercise room were very nice, but the hot tub wasn’t working.
