Checked in at the hotel. I had to pay the whole stay at check in, while I had a flexible rate, which means I can checkout whenever I want. There goes one star. Then I am asked for a deposit, instead of creditcard verification. Is this the 1900th or what? There goes another star. Then I asked for a late checkout. Well a late checkout, normally at 4pm, is here a paid late checkout at 50% of the dayrate. This is a no platinum member rate. There goes the third star. The room was ok, except the fact that the window on the streetside did not close properly. So all the streetnoise it’s like I am sleeping on the street. So there goes again another star. What is left is a one star rating.

I did a walk in, and they received me kindly for 2 nights and they’ve gifted me a late check out. The location is pretty good if you don’t look for hustle and bustle of touristic sides of Istanbul. There are plenty of shops, fast foods, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, even some decent spas, hospitals and pretty much everything you might need in a neighborhood! I appreciate again the help of the front desk and especially Fatih Furkan Demir (the front desk manager), they’re super kind and they are so professional. The installation is pretty functional as well , a good spa and gym and the room I can’t nag about the furniture which was at a good level! Maybe the only negative point was there was no view from my room.

Good points: the hotel is very clean and family rooms are very comfortable, close to all shops. The staff is very helpful. Thanks to Bulent who is the breakfast manager and thanks to Lidia, Janet and Murat for their professionalism Negative points: I paid the balance for leaving the hotel in cash I wanted my bill paid but it took 30 minutes with insistence to have it because Milissa from reception did not want to hear anything saying you will get it by email. In France when we claim an invoice the hotel gives it to us without problem... In addition, to access the pool you have to pay 5 euros for a swimming cap, it could have been included, given the total amount paid to the hotel for our stay

This is my second time visiting this hotel, the worker in the service bar and the Resturant part was so nice, helpful, generous and polite, her name is Haticha , in my opinion as a business man running few do companies in England and Europe I see in this girl a bright feature and success Thank you
