Quiet comfortable just what was needed

Arrived at 7pm the day before thanksgiving. Checkin was smooth. I requested a room away from the interstate. Our stay was quiet except for a little movement from the floor above. In hindsight I should have picked the top floor when the clerk gave me the choice. The double queen was as pictured with lots of space, a desk, couch, fridge and microwave. The room was clean. It took a minute to figure out the lights though. (Tiny switch on the side of the bedside light). Breakfast was from 6 to 9. The eggs were the best choice for me. I’m not a fan of the microwave sausage. The staff at breakfast was friendly and kept things stocked.

Need to deep clean the rooms especially the bathrooms

Stayed 1 night. Bathroom shower had mold in the caulking around the bottom and floor didn’t appear to be clean. Water pressure was lacking in the shower. Couch had stains on it. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Outside patio was gross if you’re not a smoker. Tried sitting out there but the cigar & cigarette smoke pushed me back inside.

We booked because we have stayed in some Springfield Suites in other states & they were super clean. Was disappointed that the shower had mold around the bottom & the floor was sticky. We ate breakfast there every morning and Hazel (the lady over breakfast) was very pleasant & kept the area clean & had a variety of things to eat. They seemed to be short handed on cleaning people but felt that the bathroom area could have been cleaned better.

No pool. No bar during the week. The only breakfast is cereal, premade prepackaged waffles and instant oatmeal. One night with fees $188.12. The room was nice, but everything else was very disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with pleasant and professional check in. The immaculate lobby is spacious with tvs and plenty of Seating. This hotel is newer and very modern. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and desk space to work without feeling cramped or in the middle of the room. The bathroom was large with walk-in shower and shampoo, conditioner and soap attached to the wall. No tini travel size toiletries! This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I've stayed in. Well done!
