Looks Good, but service was wanting.

I liked it when we checked in though things were moving a little slow. We immediately flagged that there is no hot water and we were assured that they'd fix that by morning. In the morning we were woken up by a phone call at 6am asking what we want for breakfast. That was a little invasive, but we have our order. When we went to shower, the water was cold, apparently someone had forgotten to switch the boiler on. We took a cold shower as we needed to leave for Jinja. When we went downstairs for breakfast, it was not ready. We were asked to wait a few minutes. An hour passed and breakfast was not ready, we needed to leave so we asked to speak to the manager to air our discontent. We were not given a chance to, so we chose to leave it be.

Worst hotel Ever

The staff are nonchalant and rudely call your room at 6am asking you to place your breakfast order... there was no hot water to shower because the heaters were apparently "switched off" and to top it all off no breakfast was ready as at 9am despite the rude wake up call at 6am. The manager was not present to respond to our grievances. Wouldn't recommend this horrible hotel to anyone!

Truly amazing gem in the heart of Kampala

As this was a business trip we needed something that was central, with personality and a welcoming environment, all of which it had. The rooms were all new, with nice and modern showers, clean large towels, nothing to complain, just reassurance that you will have a peaceful and restful night sleep. The breakfast and all the meals where very nice. Stanley the Hotel manager was extremely helpful and knew what customers expectation was all about, nothing was ever a problem. I would stay there again and again and would recommend anyone visiting to do so.
