Great location, food and service but outdated

Had a great week there, thanks to the wonderful team that did more than eno6to make up about the fact that the hotel is in very tired state and badly needs a good clean and updating. Large junior Suit and huge veranda made it a pleasure to even stay in the room. Amazing food in the restaurant and even better service. Its a pity that the owner seems to have given up and counts on his staff to make up for it.

Do not waste your money, time, etc. This hotel is outdated. It is dirty. It is noisy. The staff is rude. The WiFi doesn’t work. To summarize. It was a horrible experience. I checked out the first night. The management was rude. I found another hotel that was the same price and it was so relaxing, clean and everything went smoothly. For not having a reservation at the other hotel, the team was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. I asked the management of Golden Sand for a partial refund and they pretended they did not understand.

The place needs a good cleaning, updating, customer training service, a new it department. The internet was constantly down. The rooms were small, air conditioner was so loud and shook all the time. It was a terrible experience. Not a good way to start our conference.

My almost stay at this deceiving hotel

Horrible. The staff is rude. The room was small, dirty and outdated. The air conditioner was very loud. When I booked I requested a suite with an ocean view. The reservation was somehow incorrect and the suite ( which really was not) was very tiny and had an odor. I tried to reason with the management (btw, I speak the language Greek) and they were not pleasant to deal with.

The hotel is not updated. The WiFi never works. The staff is very rude. It is not a clean environment. I checked out the first day I was there. It was horrible.. The rooms are noisy. The air conditioner was very loud and emitted a terrible odor.
