O condomínio é junto do hotel com apartamentos completos totalmente mobiliados e este inclusive tinha fotos dos proprietários. Achei uma ótima experiencia por me sentir em uma casa de verdade. O apartamento é lindo e super aconchegante. A localização é ótima com uma praia maravilhosa na frente. A área de lazer do condomínio também é muito boa. Vaga de garagem e atendimento ótimo dos funcionários. Recomendo.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely LOVE it! Everything about it fits our perfect vacation. Close proximity to awesome beach, right down the street from great snorkeling. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Cannot wait to come back!

Lovely Gardens, No Pool, Beach Access

We went through Parrish Associates/VRBO to reserve our nicely furnished condo -- NOT A HOTEL -- at Poipu Beach. Wish I had realized that the large pond I saw in photos wasn’t a pool; however, our unit provided access to the Athletic club’s swimming pool and restaurant/bar across Poipu Road. (The pool and jacuzzi were packed with families and young children – not ideal for relaxing.) Our one-bedroom King unit (#86) was on the perimeter of the complex, closer to Poipu road than the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped – a gorgeous orchid garden is on one side. The expansive central lawn area is set up with lounges overlooking Kiahuna Beach. Depending on the tides, there is some good snorkeling. Look for a sandy entry between the rocks and watch for rip currents. Trails to the beach from the parking lot will get you to Poipu beach and a short walk further to Brennecke’s. This is where the green turtles come out on the sand around sunset, returning to the ocean by dawn (seasonal.) A volunteer was on hand to make sure we kept our distance from the turtles.

Definitely not a resort

This was a decent location, but is in no way a resort. A $325 cleaning fee even though there is no cleaning service during a 6-night stay. (You get one towel exchange.) The kitchen and bathroom were extremely dated. Shower water pressure was very poor. Toilet had not been flushed when we arrived. The bathroom door is a SHUTTER, not a door. There is absolutely ZERO bathroom privacy. This is a must fix. It made the week extremely uncomfortable. There is no A/C. Most days were fine, but we had two extremely hot days that made it impossible to even be in the room. The beach was nice, but almost no shade. (No snorkeling at this beach...go to Poipu down the road). It was a beautiful location and convenient. We also had almost no sleep the entire week because the shutters throughout the room offer no noise cancellation. We could hear every cough from our neighbors and people were walking right outside our room. Overall, just a "decent" stay, but I would definitely not return. Find someplace with an A/C, real doors, and cleaning services. Also, be aware that the pool they advertise is NOT on the property. Your stay gives you "access" to a club down the street and across....not even really a walk from our location; we would need to drive.

Beautiful Property

The resort property is beautiful and very well maintained. The ground crews deserve credit for keeping the place postcard perfect. We stayed at a private condo rented through VRBO. The rental process was flawless, and the unit did not disappoint. We did have a couple minor issues that were not addressed even after two calls. There are at least three management companies on site so do your homework before choosing your unit.
