Clean, comfortable, quiet and centrally located

This hotel isn't your fanciest place in Kelowna, it does not have the greatest views (Our room faced the dumpsters) but that comes with an advantage of being super quiet and avoiding the noise off the Hwy and offering us a great sleep and the room was very clean! We found a deal online and booked two nights while we did some Christmas shopping. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main mall and all other shopping staples but not too far from downtown or the airport. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect throughout our stay. The only thing that this hotel lacked over others in Kelowna is their breakfast selection. You do get a hot feature like scrambled eggs and sausage but there could be an improvement in offering more selection of teas, flavoured coffee creamers, baked goods, such as muffins, croissants, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dirty and loud

The hotel and rooms were dirty, the pool was freezing and the pool deck was dirty, the Jets in the hot tub didn’t work, the water slides were broken, the window in the room was broken and wouldn’t close and that meant the highway noise was very loud, our phone wouldn’t call the front desk, the breakfast was stale cereal and bread. Overall a bad experience. I would give it a 1 but the front desk staff at check in was super nice and helpful. The checkout staff wouldn’t even allow us an additional 20 min late check out though, which would have been fine except they were rude about it. Will never stay again or recommend

When I checked the reviews this hotel was a 4.5/5. I would give it a 3/5. Our room felt old and dingy. The bed was good, the bedding and towels were good. The lobby did not have a welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast was very basic.

Decent if the price is right

Stayed here with my husband in Mid September, No signage on the place, gps lead us there. Checking in was smooth and the desk clerk was pleasant. Our room was on the 4 th floor facing the highway, but it was pretty quiet considering proximity to the road. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good. The room decor was dated and not overly clean, especially the bathroom where the tub floor was filthy and had some dark hairs (not ours) there was a piece of dental floss on the floor from previous guests, and the bathroom was also a weird shape like a hallway with a weird squarish shaped toilet at the end. I have noticed a trend of minimal housekeeping at many hotels which I believe is due to staffing shortages. I booked the room online thru Hotwire for around one twenty so I will say that it met our needs but will I book again ?? Maybe if the price is right… We did not used the pool or any of the Amenities this time.

The water in the pool was disgustingly dirty, the gym was a joke broken dum bells, also very dirty, the continental breakfast was garbage. the rugs in hallways ,and rooms need steam cleaned. the girls at t he front desk were very rude. we will never stay there again.
