SHAME ON YOU THE ROYAL KELOWNA

I booked a stay at The Royal Kelowna on February 14th, 2023 for a stay Feb 20 to Feb 23. I received an email from customer service Rep on Feb 15th stating "We are reaching out to inform you that from February 20 – March 2 there will be construction happening at the hotel. There will be noise associated with this work, starting no earlier than 10am and ending no later than 4pm." This was, in my opinion an extremely deceitful and "vague" wording. We were in fact 2 rooms down from extremely loud "JACKHAMMERING". With appointment and zoom calls we were unable to spend any day time hours in the room and had to find other locations. We spent more time at the Grand Okanagan next door we were heard other people voicing their disappointment and complaints about this extreme noise and deceit. I reached out to the GM a week ago, with the link they provided. No one to date has responded. I am extremely dissatisfied with this deceit and no response from Management.

Fabulous upgrade!

Stayed here for two nights with my husband. Blown away by being given an upgrade from a 1 bedroom suite to a 3 bedroom suite. The receptionist didn’t tell us she had upgraded us so when we got in the room we were a bit confused but super happy. The suite was huge, everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lovely and quiet. Reason for 4 stars, the receptionist seem very uninterested, didn’t engage in any real conversation with us, such a shame she didn’t mention the upgrade not sure why. The towels are looking a bit old and tatty. Whirlpool bath didn’t work and a challenge to get into. All in all a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

Wonderful stay! Amazing in-suite facial and massage!

We love it here! We come several times a year and the accommodations are first rate! Love the rooftop pool and hot tubs. The view and location are prime. This time we saw a pamphlet in the lobby for a traveling massage therapist who does in-suite treatments, named Sally Thompson. We did the Wow Facial and it was unlike any facial we have ever experienced. Ah-mazing! Do yourself a favour and give this talented, professional and super fun lady a call to book a fantastic and relaxing evening. You won’t regret it!!

Perfect suite for a family at the best location

My family & I enjoyed our stay here with the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen, living room & the patio looking out to the lake. We absolutely loved the friendly staff who let us check-in earlier since we needed a place to change into our swim suits for a boat ride on to the lake. The pool area is absolutely breathtaking with that lake view in the background. We spent far longer in the quiet and cozy outdoor hot tub. They also have extra indoor hot tubs in the pool area. Also, it is located in such a perfect area right next to the Delta Marriott which makes quite a few activities convenient.

Excellent facilities, great room with all you need for quick or extended stay...including luxurious jetted tub. Full kitchen, in-suite laundry, dining/living room, spacious deck and beautiful views. I had the king room and I could not have been happier with the quiet restful sleep.
