Rude staff, poor chalet, this was supposed to be club chalet. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Bathroom dirty and shower had no pressure but what water that did come out was far too hot and unable to make it cooler. Room was lovely and warm. Dining room was like a school canteen, the food was diabolical, only sunflower spread, no butter. When I asked for butter I was told no, there is none. All the rooms were cold as was the food. Awful awful place.

All frozen food, or tinned. Alternatves in cafe not much better. No fresh fruit or veg to be seen. Mattresses with springs visible when pressed lightly with hand, singles or double sized beds only. Pool will not reopen ever. This place is the cheapest everything. Anne was articualry nice and a few of the staff did care, mostly they grunted and said dont no. Owned by Brittania hotels - says it all. See pics.

Think twice. The food and our room not good at all. Poor standards. Kitchen staff are embarrassed. How do they stay open?

1 rating. Room has no window, no meaningful fire escape. Very poor food,plates were warmed.line up and get a tray,like school meals.noone serving and no water or drinks. Poor choice of poor quality food. Cheap cutlery and trays and seating

Just arrived for a weekend booked a club room was given shelter 160 walk in the room it was uncleaned dirty bed and dirty towels on bed . Bathroom sink had all toothpaste in sink . Bins not emptied dirty pint glass on side table .the dinner hall was un indescribable and we upgraded. Never again

Food was excellent as always with great choices . Chalet was warm and comfy , little extra effort on cleaning is required . Didn’t spoil our stay . Entertainment was great . Eclipse and Mark Summer in particular .Ann Craig Billy and Karen we love you guys you make it even more homely .
