Hotel bem localizado. Bem limpo também. Oferece uma academia muito boa, completa. O únic ponto de melhoria é referente ao frigobar que não possui opções de alimentos somente 2 garrafas de agua. E também o serviço de lavanderia é um pouco demorado. Se você deixar suas roupas na sexta feira somente receberá de volta na Segunda.

quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom, dinning service rápido e com qualidade. funcionários cordiais. luggage service eficiente. localização perfeita para o mal king of prussia. limpeza adequada.

Estive hospedado por 3 noites para um treinamento na cidade de Phoenixville, que se encontra há cerca de 15 minutos deste hotel. Não tem como errar com a rede Crowne Plaza. Pode não apresentar o luxo que alguns esperam. Todavia, para viajantes de negócios como eu, não há em nenhuma hipótese alguma surpresa negativa. Destaco ainda que o hotel possui convênio com uma enorme academia, chamada LA Fitness, ao lado. Excelente academia, muito bem equipada. Em frente ao hotel, fica um gigantesco shopping center, o King Of Prussia Mall. Excelente, um dos melhores que já visitei.

Terrible hotel. First one in a long time that I walked in and walked out of. Late in the afternoon the hallways were dark (very few lights) and filled with trash/cleaning supplies. We opened the door to the room, realized the toilet didn't even work, and left. Hotel smelled like mold or weed - literally worse than downtown Philadelphia the day before after the St. Patrick's parade. Currently trying to get points back from IHG/and this hotel. It's a disgrace. I'd give it zero stars if that was possible.

I am visiting on business. The bar was half attended. When the bartender was present things were were good. Nothing out of the ordinary and I understand why. The night hotel (not bar) staff is ridiculous! They hardly answer the phone! I called the front desk furious because we are paying upward $200 a night and there is NO shampoo, No conditioner, or other essentials, but mainly NO SOAP and I was ready to shower! NO BODYWASH, soap or anything! So of course I'm like wtf!?!?!? I have visited 3rd world countries with considerably much better accomodations than this! It would have been different had i been previously informed that these items are something they don't provide. I honestly would have stayed else where had i known how incompetent some of staff was!. I called downstairs to alert them that we didnt have soap. They say they don't provide it, but can bring some up. Weird, but fine. I admit that it's ridiculous that we are paying hundreds of dollars per night and we don't have basic essentials for our trip and I voraciously expressed that. So guess what the front desk does!??!....sends some crazy-eyed foreign guy up here to bring bar soap and tell me my music is too loud. Well, I was already highly annoyed and to keep from cursing him out, i told him goodbye and have a good night and closed the door in his face. Im certain he took offense to this. Honestly, I couldnt begin to care less. I'm a patron not an employee. Now, before I called there was no issue with my music. About 30 mins later...after I finally showered, security shows up threatening to put us out. Keep in mind we are now asleep...there is no music playing. Nothing. They are overly aggressive and threatening telling me my music is too loud and absolutely no music is playing....they were not even checking things out, but just threatening me. This could have been resolved by their housekeeping doing their freaking jobs and the hotel brand actually doing what hotels do and providing the basic essentials such as body soap. I mean, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, but so soap or body wash!!!! I find it odd that they dont provide it considering that we are in the misdt of a pandemic when cleanliness and sanitation is not negotiable! I guess people who stay at Crown Plaza IHG King of Prussia don't shower or bathe, because they sure don't care to ensure that that particular basic essential need is met. Save yourself the frustration....stay somewhere else.
