The first night we got to our motel we seen on the floor toilet paper with poo on it. The second night, in the middle of the night, in the restroom there were ants crawling all over the sink, and all up above the door jam. The ants were falling off the door jam onto the floor. We checked out and went somewhere else.

Unfriendly staff- when we explained to the front desk that we were in Knoxville for a funeral and might need to stay and extra night, they didn’t even acknowledge us. The room was dirty with dust and an old tub that had a dripping faucet with rust stains. Muddy lobby /front desk needed wiped off. We left and got a refund.

First, rooms had a swarm of ants, staff knew of this problem when I requested a change of rooms, before I told them the issue. Rooms were very noisy, especially with a staff member who made many loud phone calls near my room door

From the first experience (rude manager/owner too busy on her phone to even say hello at checkin), to the tiny/cramped/dated room, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Despite the location being good and close to many restaurants and stores, the complaints are many. Bathroom--a thousand little bugs/ants, dead next to the tub. The toilet was so loose that it literally rocked when you sat and used it. The refrigerator just sitting on the floor next to the adjacent door-- very ghetto. I will say the bed was comfortable, but even the breakfast was poor and hardly considered to be breakfast. Everything seemed on the cheap. And the owners/managers and night auditors no friendliness, not even eye contact. This really bugged me.

Dirty nasty falling apart,poorly managed. From when you walk in front door you can see the dirt,rooms had broken sink ,missing smoke detector ., roaches on wall, nasty stain on wall . Do not stay here its that bad
