Vim a trabalho de forma que não deu para explorar tanto assim o hotel. A reunião foi fora e só voltamos para dormir. Serviço bem profissional e gostei da única refeição que comi no hotel. Vem bem servido. Entrada + prato talvez seja comida demais.

Este hotel histórico e tradicional, é uma excelente opção para se hospedar em Frankfurt! Apenas 20 km do centro da cidade e a meia hora do aeroporto, você está perto de tudo e em uma pequena cidadezinha alemã calma e muito tranquila, garantia de uma ótima noite de sono. O serviço é bom e as acomodações amplas e muito limpas.

What a Historic Luxury Property!

It was a short stay - we had a gorgeous suite with a stunning view of Frankfurt. We arrived early enough to enjoy the SPA facilities and later dinner in their restaurant. Great choice of food, wines, the breakfast spread was absolutely A-1 and we found the service very friendly/efficient. The property is big with plenty of walkways to get lost in. We really hope we can visit the hotel again for a longer stay.

A Wonderful Stay

This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Germany and the Alsace Lorraine area in France. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, starting with the check in by Sacha, who was wonderful, and we appreciated his thoughtfulness for arranging a lovely surprise for us, once he found out that we had just celebrated a wedding anniversary. Thank you Michelle for giving us such a beautiful room with it's balcony, outdoor seating and the double set of french doors. The view of the mountains, park and trees was gorgeous. The room itself was luxurious and lovely in it's relaxing shades of green and blues. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a touch shower. There were thoughtful touches like the the yoga mat (sealed in plastic), the iron and ironing board, an umbrella, and ample storage in the room. The number of chairs and tables scatted around the large room were very convenient. On vacation we love breakfast in bed, and not have to rush in the morning downstairs for breakfast was really appreciated, especially with jet lag. The room service breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room by a wonderful young woman. Our meal in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant is run by a delightful man, and his staff, especially Cora were excellent. The menu had some good choices. We want to thank Sebastian for his professionalism, politeness and efficiency for dealing with any requests we had. Our luggage was carried to our car by Keywan, who would bring a smile to anyone's day, with his wonderful personality. He was very helpful and hard working. We will be switching from Schloss Kronberg, where we used to stay in the Frankfurt area to Falkenstein Grand hotel from now on. Not only does the Falkenstein Grand have more facilities ( the beautiful spa, hiking trails etc), but we also preferred the staff here more than the staff at Kronberg. This is definitely going to be our new hotel in the Frankfurt area. Highly recommend it.

Bad experience unfortunately

The room was not available at check in. Room and furniture are very old and definitely not at the level of a 5 star hotel. Service was also below expectations, they did not help us with improving our stay despite all the issues and they even forgot to clean our room. Pity because the location is nice
