Atendimento nota 10! Chegamos para passar a noite e continuar nossa viagem até Adana pela manhã. Custo benefício TOP, muito barato. Quarto e banheiro excelentes! Viajamos com nosso animal de estimação, um Yorkshire de 8 meses.

Great adventure we are here for trip everyone so helpfull especially Meryem she is perfect person and so kind thank you for everything. And kitchen staff are so good especially Yasar made so good omlett for us Ramada is great hotel if you are come in Konya you have to stay here

The hotel looks new and modern, is bright, clean and centrally located. Or room was large, had a nice city view, the bathroom had good quality towels and robes, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of tasty options. All together, a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for a night stop en route our drive from Pamukkale to Cappodocia. Business hotel located close to Industrial area and convention center. Check in was very swift and the lady at reception was very cheerful whilst greeting us. Stayed in a family suite which was spacious and well maintained. The room lacked bottles of water, sachets of tea, coffee and coffee mate but these were provided when requested. Room service was good. The living room window had a big crack and over night there was a strange noise like knocking of the windows which may be due to the A/c thermostat. The foir on our floor was lowly lit and was a bit stuffy however it was not much of an issue. The hotel has a good lobby lounge on the top floor with 360 degree city view and we had a good time in the restaurant. Breakfast was a big spread and the chef was kind enough to make vegetarian sandwich and Gozleme for us, variety or salads and the tahini were fantastic. Thanks team Ramada Konya.

Room quality and shortage of number of lifts results long waiting time

I have been staying in this hotel several years and have been very happy. Recently, in exception of politeness and kindness of personel all good things disappeared, pity! I will never stay in this hotel again.
