O hotel ainda esta em reforma, mas os quartos estavam bem arrumados, com roupa de cama nova tbem. Café da manhã estava bom, exceto pela frutas em conserava da salada de frutas. A internet falhava algumas vezes, principalemente a noite.
Rooms were not well cleaned even after asking for them to be. The front desk staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast is helpful and changes daily but would be nice to have more options for dietary sensitivity.

This hotel met our needs ! Great stay , clean and wonderful staff ! Great breakfast and evening social . I would highly recommend this hotel . We stayed with our family for a week at Daytona . It was a great hotel for Daytona week . 30 min drive to the track .
Reserved a handicap accessible room and needed a walk in shower. Was given a handicap room for hearing impaired. We asked for another room and was told they were occupied. This room was at the very end of the building and way too far to be walk I g to and from the lobby. In addition, the room had the dishwasher missing and a gapping hole in the cabinets where it was suppose to go. The floors and counters were sticky. We asked for a regular room and was moved to a lower floor. This room we had to call maintenance because the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. The main floor of the hotel is well kept and very clean. The two rooms we were in during our stay were drab, way outdated and not inviting at all. The cleaning products they use in the rooms leave a sticky residue over all surfaces They sneed to use the same product they use in the main areas of the hotel in the rooms also. The shower curtain smelled like it had been left in the washing machine overnight n dried the next day — that’s the only way I can explain the smell. A major renovation is needed to lighten up and make the rooms more appealing. Because of all of this, we spent most of the time out of the room or sitting at the table in a main lobby environment. For the cost of the room we could have done much better at a more modern. I will have to think twice about returning to this division of Hilton. 🙁
Nice hotel, not so nice kitchen staff
We stayed for one night only but were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was great for our family since my husband and I had our own room while the kids slept separately in the sofa bed. They did complain the coils of the sofa bed were poking out while they slept. We went downstairs for the breakfast arriving about 20 minutes before it closed. I helped the kids prepare their waffles and pour their milk and by the time I got to my breakfast it was approaching 10am. The staff was hovering over, not to help but to wait till 10 on the dot without a word of warning to literally swipe the food, plates, even water and utensils from right Under me. When I asked them at at least let me finish serving my plate they lied to my face and said there was no more food. Clearly there was food as I was still trying to serve myself. I had to get the manager I get my a spook for the cereal I had managed to serve myself. She apologized however the staff was not in the least but remorseful. I’ve never seen anything quite like that at a hotel.
