Por ter lido reviews no tripadvisor, já sabia que ia ser dificil encontrar este hotel. Quando cheguei parei o carro logo após a entrada no parking subterrâneo da estação de comboios e a rua da entrada só é acessível a pé, uma vez que é onde passam os electricos. O parking do hotel situa-se numa parte privada e vedada da parte pública e compensa estacionar lá por 6,5 eur pela segurança e comodidade (não há estacionamento perto). O apartamento estava bem mobilado e decorado, cama confortavel, wc limpa e cozinha bem equipada. Aspectos negativos: a ausência de ar condicionado (apenas tem aquecimento, mas o quarto estava a 28ºC quando chegámos!!!), podem abrir-se as janelas, mas o barulho dos comboios e TGV podem tornar-se incómodos; ausência de wifi nos quartos, apenas disponível na recepção. Resumindo, apesar de ter boas condições,escolheria outro hotel pelo dificil acesso e ausencia de A/C.

Would definitely stay here again. Although the hotel was pretty noisy (ear plugs provided so they know), it was still a good stay. Good walk to the old city, car parking was cheap and easy with clear instructions.

Very difficult to find. Sits in behind the Le Mans train station. No signs to direct you. Parking is at station then you walk across the tracks to hotel. Air conditioning was broken, but we were not informed of this. They had floor fans inside. Old carpeting and room smelled of cigarettes. Not much in the way of dining in the neighborhood. Was told they could do pizza for us (?) Walked to a family pizza shop with wonderful food. Best part of our stay. Thank goodness we were only there for one night.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are big (bed was huge) and very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good aswell. The hotel is near the very beautifull old town of Le Mans. Only negative point for me during my stay, was the WiFi in the room. It was impossible to connect 2 devices at the same time and I was disconnected a lot.

1) Twice on arrival my room key was not activated. As a stayed at many hotels person this is usually deliberate. Designed to frustrate and especially when you are on the fifth floor. 2) Mounted temperature unit turns out to not work for air conditioning only for heating. Temp inside 28 c on a 25 c day. What it must have been like during this French heat wave, I do not want to imagine. 3) remote does not work, ask for new batteries, no new batteries in complex of 100 rooms, meaning 100 remotes. Staff too lazy to go to shop to get batteries. 4) No lift working for THREE days. I am on the fifth floor. No mention to guests about this. They couldn't care less. 5)My complaints about the general care of staff is replied with an 'oops wrong door' maintenance harassment ringing my apartment bell at 9.30pm by a very queer behaving male receptionist. I was one of two people staying on the floor. I shouted at the receptionist for this deliberate breach of my privacy, he cannot explain why he rang my bell. 6)I decide to leave and to demand a refund. Female manager Christelle, says my staff should have called me about the lift, my staff should have put you on the first floor, just plain reoccurring weak leadership from a female manager. It just keeps happening again and again. 7) Also to get to the reception I have to take my bags downstairs. I have a rehabilitating back issue. I am on the fifth floor no LIFT. The female manager even tries to take the small bag. No way I say you take the big bag. 8) I got a full refund. But was it worth it. Absolutely not. Management at hotels now think putting on a greetings face, and looking busy is managing. 9)Hotel should not be stayed at with temperatures over 32 celcius.
