The hotel is clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants and stores located nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have stayed at this hotel on two occasions and plan on returning again.

Poor quality room, but decent breakfast

Got a jacuzzi suite for a concert night with the Mrs. Found that the jacuzzi jets were broken and spraying out of the tub, and the switch to shut them off is across the room(brilliant idea)and it explains why all the paint and silicone was peeling around the tub area and sink. The bathroom sink was stuck closed and wouldn't drain. The curtains and window screens were torn, and the stinky HVAC system about had me unable to sleep in there....but breakfast was warm thou(surprise!!!). They've been a good hotel in the past, and I hope they can afford some maintenance with the price of these..below quality rooms. We are both very unhappy with the experience and wouldn't recommend it for a date night hotel.

Our stay at the Americinn South in Lincoln, Nebraska is always very relaxing and enjoyable! Whenever we are traveling to Lincoln, Nebraska we always choose Anericinn South. Jason Hoehne is an excellent manager and always very cordial to us! His staff members make us feel very welcome! The hotel is lovely and rooms are very comfortable! I would highly recommend Americinn South in Lincoln, Nebraska!

Surprised by a 1st time visit.

The first time we had stayed with y’all, we were so grateful for a clean refreshing room with clean queen sized beds. A day of driving led us to your Lincoln location. After a good night sleep and a hot complimentary breakfast we were on our way once again. Very pleased with our stay.

I have business Inn Lincoln about four times a month I have stayed here several times and have no complaints the staff is awesome the place is clean and very convenient location I would highly recommend
