Um absurdo! não conseguimos fazer o checkin no hotel, visto que não nos foi disponibilizado o quarto conforme reservado. Fui obrigado a me hospedar em outro hotel da cidade que não foi a meu contento e ficar à procura tarde da noite. A atendente, além de despreparada e com extrema dificuldade de comunicação em inglês, fez pouco caso do problema e não se predispôs a ajudar inicialmente. No site e na reserva está muito claro que há "acesso a elevador" (tenho o print e o email da reserva do Booking) mas para o quarto oferecido, situado em outro prédio e sem elevador, teria que subir varios lances de escada. Com malas pesadas e esposa grávida isso é inviável e me preocupei com isso ANTES da reserva. Assim, tive que procurar por outro hotel na cidade, perder enorme tempo com a atendente com dificuldade, ter minha esposa gravida nervosa devido ao problema causado pelo hotel, ter que aturar a afronta da atendente mandar minha esposa ficar quieta, ter ficado sem jantar (os restaurantes fecham cedo na cidade)... Nunca tive problema similar, onde, por incompetência do hotel, ele cede para outra pessoa o quarto que eu reservei para mim, e me deixa na mão como foi o caso hoje.

Friendly, modern hotel

We received a warm welcome on arrival for a 2 night stay. Our room was light and airy with modern fittings and a balcony. Just a little noisy from the traffic outside (thanks to a diversion from the main road due to road works). Uncertain whether there was a/c - there was a dial but we couldn't work it. Excellent breakfast, with a wide range of hot and cold dishes. Just 5 minutes to the old town on Lindau island. Would definitely stay there again.

Avoid this hotel - NO AC and no Accommodations made

Booked hotel for 3 nights, and after arrived and checked in, we were told that there is no AC in the hotel rooms. It is 86F / 30C and no ventilation. Without AC, asked to remove us from reservation so that we could go elsewhere and hotel refused any accommodation, and explained that “this was Germany” and we were going to be charged regardless. Recommend avoiding this hotel completely.

Very modern spacious and friendly hotel

Room very spacious, decorated in modern style with very large and well appointed bathroom. Breakfast plenty of choice with garden room/conservatory or outdoor dining. Plenty of space in the garden and many guests used this to keep their bicycles. This area is very popular for cycling. The location outside the old town just over the causeway was an easy walk and very peaceful. It was just too far to walk with wheely cases and I recommend a taxi from the railway station. This is an area favoured mainly by German tourists and despite our limited language skills we were looked after very well. We had a Bodensee card and travel card which were a good investment.

A good hotel but had an issue with Wifi

The hotel is good, there is reception staff always present on the fornt desk. The place has ample parking space. The hotel is fairly located you can easily enter and walk around the Lindau island. Fair value for what it offered. A good breakfast was available every morning. It was a shame the wifi was out for few days due to some cable wire cut other wise had a decent speed. Rooms are new and fairly sized, there are open spaces where you can sit for a beer or coffee.
