Clean with good breakfast choices. Washer & dryers up aren't set correctly with price. When 2.50 or $3.00 noted on machine for wash or dry machine never started without adding 75 cents or $1.00 more. Kinda frustrating.

Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast! No issues. Our electric outlet wasn’t working and the front desk lady wasn’t afraid to come help us and got it figured out! I would stay again in the near future!

A comfortable stay

This Holiday Inn Express on the east side of Lodi proved to be a handy and comfortable base for our stay of a few days in the area. We arrived fairly late at night, but had no issues checking in. The room was clean, complete, and very quiet during the night; the housekeeping team did a great job the days we were there. Breakfast each morning was in a spacious and cheery dining area, and the young lady in charge did a fine job in keeping the various breakfast items stocked as necessary. There was plenty of parking out front. Staff was pleasant and efficient; when we reported a clogged bathtub drain one morning, it was taken care by the time we returned later in the day. There were a few minor issues -- what I consider just "fit and finish" items -- that lead me to assign four rather than five TA bezants. A cover plate had been left off of some wiring in our room; the room's folding door block was loose; only one elevator was working; the other elevator's posted inspection report had expired six months ago; and there was a big shrouded area of ongoing construction in the lobby. But these were likely just temporary conditions and none of them truly interfered with the quality of our stay.

My room was clean. The breakfast was very good and clean. The Staff made me feel welcomed and was happy with the service I received. Thank You! I would type in more but all I can say was that I received really good service from everyone who worked there.

The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and warm. The desk staff are oblitto customer service. There is no friendly interaction, greeting when you come and go or a “thank you for coming” when I checked out. Pretty amazing. Training is in order.
