Limpo, bom café da manhã, boa internet e equipe flexível. Ótimo custo benefício. Estivemos em grupo e quem não estava contente com o quarto foi imediatamente transferido. A localização é ótima entre duas estações de metrô com muitas opções para alimentação e próximo ao shopping westfielf

No breakfast, poor signals. Only suitable for one night stay. Still under construction, no good service. The service guy does not wake up early in the morning therefore trouble checking out of the hotel, other then that its pretty average.

The guy at the reception was nice and very helpful. The price is certaintly very good concidering the location. But the cleanliness and facilities could have been better. We found hairs in the sink and the shower had NOT been washed before we arrived. The TV wasn’t working and the radiator couldn’t be adjusted. Small things I guess, but they do make a difference. But overall, I’m pleased with what I got. Matched expectations but they need to work on the room service a bit…

Nice area, nice staff, accommodation was exactly what I needed for my family. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The room has been newly furbished according to the pictures on the site. Will come again at my next stay in London!

Horrific disgusting AVOID!!

Not enough words to describe how unhygienic the place is I paid 251 pounds for a double room that had all sorts of stains on the carpet, chair walls had damaged marks and paint pelling. The headboard looked like it had been scratched away out, only provide 1 pillow each on a double bed asked for more pillows 3 times only gave me one more. Asked to be next to my friend on request couldn't get us next to each other but managed to get on the top floor 4 flights of stairs no lift and my friend on the very bottom floor which was two flights more down. Room was hot. The person of the place didnt care or seem interested the state of the room we was put in just said he was fully booked when i asked if we could move after showing the horrific photos of the room. In the end I said not to bother as we would be out all day in a tournament and it will do as i was only sleeping in there unaware of the horror i would find when I tried to be helpful and strip the bedding stripped the pillow case and it was yellow with load of stains like a pillow you have for 10 years that was on 2 of them at the point i was wondering what the duvet looked like under the cover. Wow never seen something so horrific a massive red stain with yellow around out about size of my arm. There was also brown stains what I think to be dried blood. I have multiple pics but wont alow me to upload them all see here of some of the disgusting pics.Honestly AVOID!.
