Fui super bem recebida! Me trataram super bem e foram muito pacientes com as várias encomendas que encaminhei ao hotel. Falta um café da manhã mas como tem starbucks bem na frente, não fez tanta falta.

I was impressed with the very friendly staff from the moment I checked in with Daniel. In addition to being very friendly and personable and giving me a very nice room he also was accommodating to the guests behind me and clearly is a calm and capable employee. Juan and Elena both helped me at the Bistro for dinner and were extremely accommodating and kind. Great folks. Love it when I get to know their names and they go above and beyond

There is no parking area security at this location. Catalytic converter stolen from car while in lot. No security patrol or cameras. Management advised to contact my insurance company and said it had no responsibility or obligation to compensate for vehicle repairs. Other good hotels close by.

Think Twice About Staying Here

The front desk staff are very friendly and check-in was fast. I got to my room and didn’t have the king size bed I had reserved. I called the front desk, was put on hold multiple times, and then told that they are full and I was given a last minute change to 2 queen and the room is larger than a king room. The rep stated that a reservation is “only a request”. The toilet ran for a few minutes after flushed and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There are also noticeable stains on the carpet. This is probably the worst taken care of hotel which I have stayed during COVID. Very much a disappointment.

Stayed here for my spouses job for two days. We used to live just up the street & know the area very well. As a Bonvoy member, I redeemed points for one of the two nights here, as prices were really high ($225) - this apparently is difficult for front desk staff to check-in & reconcile. 30 minutes after check-in, I realized that I had been over-charged an excess deposit of 50 dollars, in addition to the incidental deposit of 50 dollars (they made me swipe my card twice, but the amounts did NOT add up w reservation). When I went back to the desk about this, the clerk was not able to explain himself. The manager on duty then tried to give me a lecture on "incidentals" as if I was a teenager, rather than a near-senior who has stayed in much finer properties in this & many other countries. I finally got him to look it up & he refunded the amount. Meanwhile, the first-floor King room were assigned was seriously small for a couple. It had a sofa-bed in it, but I can't imagine putting anyone on it - it's like 12 inches from the foot of the bed. One must get out of the bed against the wall side-ways to inch down and get out! In addition, the walls were extremely THIN - we heard a great deal of "enjoyment" coming from the next room about 6 p.m. before dinner. Really, even for COVID-times, it was just not up to any standard. We shall be returning to the area soon most likely, but will not return to this property again.
