Clean. But noisy

I really just have 2 requests in a motel. That it’s clean. And that it’s quiet. This one met the clean requirement but not the quiet. I could hear my neighbors on both sides, I could hear people in the halls and around 5am I was woken up by the garbage truck banging the dumpsters in the parking lot. I also booked a room and prepaid for a room with a king bed. I got a room with 2 queens. I didn’t ask to change because it wasn’t that big of a deal to me in this trip but another time it might have been The room was clean and very spacious. Lots of towels. Quiet AC. TV remote was missing buttons and had tape holding the batteries in. Lots of parking. Good location. Great room rate.

I would not recommend it's very dirty and we had to switch rooms still not too clean. To top it off I forgot a brand new dress and they took it instead of turning it into the lost and found. Maybe they took it bc I left a review on their website but the manager Erica said it wasn't logged i know I left it bc I wasn't keeping it I was returning it and it's no where to be found. It's ok it was 15 only but they still stole it.

Quite new, but very dirty and not kept up

The hotel is in a fairly new condition, it appears as if it was built not that long ago. But we were assigned a room that was unacceptably dirty and with a few broken items. We asked for a change and were moved to another dirty room. A dirty hotel is never acceptable, much less in times of Covid. I had to return to town a month later and chose a different hotel.

Absolutely will never stay at this hotel again. Booked two nights here and wanted to leave within minutes of arriving. Traveled from Ohio to visit our daughters and we were looking forward to a stress free weekend, which was immediately taken from us upon checking in. The room was not cleaned at all....hair, old food crumbs were immediately noticeable. The front desk told us they would let the manager know in the morning and gave us our own cleaning supplies to use. The icing on the cake to a terrible first night was the discovery of remnants of marijuana on the nightstand...discovered this once our daughter placed her glasses on the nightstand. I do not even want to think about the fact that the sheets I will be sleeping on tonight have probably not been washed. I do not recommend staying here.

Last year my daughter unexpectedly spent a week in Texas Tech Medical Center and we stayed at this hotel. Every morning I let the desk person know we didn’t know if she was going home, so they held the room till we got the doctor’s report, then extended the stay day by day. We stayed here again September, then this week. The lady at the desk remembered us, and provided the same excellent service as previous times. The bed was very comfortable, room & public areas clean. Although breakfast is in a bag, it included apple, granola bar, muffin, cereal & either sausage/egg biscuit or croissant sausage/egg. Debbie, staff member handling breakfast was exceptional! Friendly, efficient, helpful - giving us choices of items in our bag, checking to make sure everything was ok, going back to kitchen to get my husband butter for his muffin...who puts butter on a blueberry muffin😁! We’ve stayed in several hotels during Covid, and this is one of the best- most we wouldn’t choose again. We will stay here every time we pass thru Lubbock, which is usually 3-5 times per year!
