O hotel não é ótimo, mas é bom custo-benefício para quem está de passagem por curto prazo. Os quartos são pequenos e a mobilia já está um pouco velha. Recomendo o pub do térreo. É um pouco caro, mas as porções são grandes.

Basic Budget Hotel with Excellent Service

Stayed with family of 2 kids. Absolutely for people with a limited budget and just need a place to sleep. The service is straightforward, you don't expect to get amenities in a budget hotel like this but at least they provide soap and shampoo in a dispenser. The downfall is the towels, again it's a budget hotel but the towels look like it has been used for more than a decade and overdue for retirement. Better not to provide those towels, we stayed for 5 nights and on our last 2 nights we can't stand using the towels anymore so we just bought towels in the supermarket. I don't mind bringing some towels if they will specify in hotel details that they won't provide towels. Staff are well trained including the security guards and special mention to front desk staff DANICA, KIM and KETRISHA. They have assisted us with utmost kindness and professionalism with all our concerns. Location is very central, Starbucks across the street, 711 convenience store, popular fast food and restaurants in a walking distance. I would still consider staying in this hotel if I'm travelling with my wife only. If you have kids with you, you can request for 2 rooms connecting room for more space. Parking is available for free on a first come first served basis. Booking a Grab taxi from the hotel and back is also convenient.

You get what you pay for and we did not pay a lot for this hotel. Only stayed 1 night however what we did like about thr hotel is that it is located very close to p burgos nightlife area. Many different type of restaurants (halal ones also) in the area along with bars and clubs. The hotel staff were also polite and hospitable, they helped us when needed. The rooms were OK and clean. Hotel has a sports pool bar next door that is open 24hr, we really enjoyed going there. Overall this hotel is decent and does well for a overnight stay

I had a good experience. I only had bad one during the check in. I wanted a queen bed.. other than that i am good...am so thankful for the one who assist me to get a dentist in the front office i forget her name but she was on duty morning shift of Jan 3.

Great Professional Staff! Will def stay here again! The staff was so accommodating and answered all my questions when I chatted over in the app. Also allowed us to do late check in at no extra cost! Enjoyed our stay
