A great hotel right in the middle of Makati. It’s also on P. Burgos but on the opposite of the clubs and bars. But you are still a 5 minute walk away. There are nice bars and restaurants right outside of the hotel. You are also walking distance to Rockwell area. The hotel met all of my needs and Jerrie was a great front desk representative. She answered all of the questions I had regarding things to do and locations of other establishments. A great stay

The staff team here, all are very nice & helpful. Dlx rooms are spacious & clean. Wifi is really good here. I didn't regret of ending up choosing this hotel property in Makati. At a walking distance to Makati Ave. Specially thanks to the Hotel Manager Ms Ericka.

Great Hotel stay. The people were incredibly. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so helpful! Any concerns about where to go, or even how to get there... they had it covered. They have an awesome new shuttle service now. Trip to the mall, no problem or anywhere in the area they got you!

I stayed at U hotel as my appointments were all near to the hotel. The staffs were great and hopeful. The place was clean and very convenient for food and shopping too. Overall very happy to stay there again in the future.And the restaurant food is nice too.

I lost my iPhone 14 Pro outside of the hotel. Erika (the manager) immediately walked me over to the Police station an enlisted the help of the local Police. I was able to connect to “find my iPhone” using her mobile hotspot. We tracked down the location of the phone and while we were outside with 4 Police officers armed with machine guns, she sent message to my phone asking them to call her on her number. They did, and my phone was returned. I can not say enough how far above and beyond she went for me. Thank You 🙏🏻💛
