Not for British

Avaliou em 11 de outubro de 2022

Went in September for two weeks the hotel was advertised as being beside Side, but was no where near. It’s about half an hour’s drive away, the hotel is really nice you have to walk under a motorway to get to the beach, which wasn’t a problem lovely pools and facilities. The problem for us being British it’s not set up for us, the food is all geared up for the Turkish and if you want an English breakfast avoid like the plague the food on a lunchtime and evening is very repetitive. The bars round the hotel and the drink is very good, local but ok, staff friendly and we have to mention youseff and chef at the lounge bar. There was a bus twice a week to mangavat market at price of €5 pp

Kind of a ripp off

This is not a 5 stars hotel as they are stating online. This is barely worth 3 stars. ● The food was very repetitive especially for breakfast. Sometimes it was very tasty, but multiple times just plain. The sweets are delicious tho. ● The stuff was very mean to us, ESPECIALLY 2 OF THE RECEPTIONISTS. We asked simple questions such as "Do we have to cross the road to reach the beach?" And their answer was: "We are receptionists, not information providers. Ask the person that gives information to tourists. A person will come and give informations". And after that no one came. And even if someone came and provide us with information, I don't think my previous question was the hard. As long as you're working there, I think you should know where the beach is located and how to go there. They didn't give us the programme of the hotel. We didn't know what time were the main meals. ● The rooms were ok ish. Pretty clean, but they had old furniture. ● The design of the hotel is old and outdated. This must've been a 5* hotel 20 years ago. Now? Not in their sweetest dreams. It's soberly and unwelcoming. ● The cocktails are pretty much syrup with water. And the bartenders gave me the chills. They were picking the lemon slices with bare hands and placing them in my drink without sanitizing their hands. ● The pools are clean. ● The beach doesn't have sand, but rocks. If you booked this hotel, you better buy some of those water shoes. ● If you want to use the internet, the price is 15€. You can use the free internet only in the lobby. If you want to have internet at the beach/pools/in your room, you have to pay. Also, the internet might not work in your room. 2 of my friends payed for internet and they didn't have it in their rooms. The hotel gave them 50% discount tho, so 7,5€. ● The hotel states in their rules that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, even from your room. But if you want to use the safe box, you have to pay 1,5€ each day. So basically if you don't want your gold or gadgets to possibly get stolen by the housekeepers, you have to pay. ● Be careful if you're coming with kids. There are water slides, but the lifeguards are too permissive. At previous hotels that I stayed in, the lifeguards were keeping people from hurting themselves. At this hotel, at some point there was no lifeguard and kids were crowding on slides. Some of them got hurt, including me (I have an elbow injury thats hasn't healed even to this day - 3 weeks later). ● Keep in mind when you're booking this hotel via travel agencies. We paid 1650€ for a double room from Romania. On our last day we encountered another family of Romanians that booked this hotel online and traveled by the car. They told us they paid 670€ for 3 persons. The travel agencies are trying to ripp you off and send you to "good hotels" (as they are stating) and when you arrive at the hotel, you have the biggest shock. Everyone we talked to at the said hotel told us they were disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel. It is definitely not 5*. Watch out.

Everything was perfect. I can only suggest this hotel. Hotel staff was friendly, food was excellent and tasty, also the place was nice, the sea was clean, whatever you can only wish. Animations were funny as well. We liked Turkish evening and our children airsoft shooting. We liked it with no doubts. Thanks to anyone in the hotel to ensure us the perfect holidays Lukas

I do not recommend

Clean hotel, towels changed daily. That's all the positives ... the service at the hotel and at the bars both at the pool and on the beach is very arrogant and rude. Drinks are served in dirty glasses and when pouring them, the fingers of the staff land in them ... The food is inedible ... it's hard to choose something during lunch and dinner. One and the same thing is repeated on the tables every day. very rocky beach you could cut your feet. The very deep shore must be careful not to drown. The hotel is located away from the center and around the beach there is absolutely nothing. The stay in this hotel is not pleasant.

At the airport, we were picked up by a rude bus driver! This was the first time I've ever met such rude people! The hotel is very large and clean. Unfortunately that's so many good things about this hotel. service hopeless! we have never encountered such arrogant and hopeless service in our lives. waiters took the plates away from under the nose before the meal was finished. The drinks were poured into dirty glasses and the bartender's fingers were wet. Always on the lookout for a dollar from every tourist! Favoring the Russians! Food unfit for consumption! The hotel is located in a total crap place! This was our first trip to Turkey! And the last one ! we will never visit this country again! Very rude and arrogant nation when it comes to Turks!
