Very Tired Resort

Avaliou em 16 de março de 2023

We spent a two week all inclusive vacation at Las Brisas in February. There are both pros and cons for this resort, but the cons outweigh and we would not return to this resort. The pros are, the architecture of the building is beautiful, the food was good, particularly at El Terral, the staff are friendly (with the exception of the front desk staff), the resort is quiet and the beach is nice to swim in. The cons are, our room was very tired, the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced, we had a sewer smell coming from the shower drain, twice we didn’t have hot water for a shower and though we paid for an ocean view, there was only a bit of a view between trees. As well, the safe didn’t work and was not secured to anything. Anyone could pick it up and walk out with it!! We brought this to the resorts attention and it was fixed. The building itself badly needs cleaning and maintenance. There were broken and missing tiles on walkways, the outdoor staircases needed to be swept and scrubbed, one day we went for an early breakfast and discovered the outdoor staircases were not lit. The beach chairs were cracked and filthy and the beach itself wasn’t cleaned and was littered with cigarette butts, straws and general garbage. As well, the lounge chairs around the pool were also filthy and there weren’t enough chairs for all the guests on weekends. One day my husband was standing as we couldn’t find an extra chair, and we asked staff but they didn’t have access to extra chairs, but we were very surprised when chairs were found for people visiting from a cruise ship. The security of the resort is questionable as people can enter the resort from the marina. The most inconvenient aspect of the resort is booking the Al a cartes which we’re only offered in the middle of the day between 11:30 and 1pm. The system was extraordinarily slow and it was not unusual to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to book a table.

Had a relaxing time here. Only thing is there needs to be more entertainment through out the week and the lobby needs in upgrade but other then that everything was great! I enjoyed my time! Thank you so much

Rude staff and food was not good

They don’t answer their phone, the staff doesn’t make you feel welcomed. For an all inclusive you would think different food options… nope! The food was bland and menu very small. This resort is really run down and needs to be remodeled, it was a muggy old smell.

Las Hadas Stay

Avaliou em 18 de fevereiro de 2023

We stayed at Las Hadas for one night and the room was really worn out and unclean. Parts of the flooring was coming off and the bath tub was bumpy and squishy because it was so old. We also didn’t have any towels in the room so had to call for them to have a shower. Was pretty disappointed. Everyone at hotel was nice, but the room ruined it for us.

A week at Las Hadas Manzanillo

Avaliou em 13 de fevereiro de 2023

We stayed in a Fantasy Suite just stairs away from the private beach. We got to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The food at the restaurants was very good. At the Oasis I recommend the asada tacos. At the Palmar for breakfast I would recommend the chilaquiles, the omelettes and the barbacoa de res, was also delicious! El Terral - Food and service FIVE STARS! A beautiful upscale restaurant with a beautiful view of the bay. Wear mosquito repellent, they'll get you under the table cloth! The architecture of the hotel is gorgeous! You will get great photos anywhere you go. Facilities were good. However, what truly makes this hotel so special is the wonderful staff. Jorge at Bell Service is thee best! He is so helpful, such a class act from the first moment you meet him. At The Oasis Bar, Mr. Ricardo the cocktail server is the real MVP. He is so attentive, polite and helpful. Also, Itzel & Erika at The Palmar restaurant, they were kind and helpful. The staff makes you feel right at home. Such a wonderful experience at Las Hadas! The only negative feedback is with the reception desk during the day. Rocio and Mr. R.Aguilar were a bit rude when we checked in, and also at check out. They lack the welcoming energy that the rest of your staff share with your guest.
