Este é um hotel bom e o quarto é projetado com uma área estar e mesa. É um pouco fora do caminho-se caminho de volta da estrada por isso é difícil de encontrar no escuro. O cafe da manha é médiano. Fiquei incomodado ao encontrar um par de meias debaixo da cama e um pedaço de chiclete no abajur. A equipe da recepção estava disposta a reembolsar-me mas não podia pois eu tinha pago para o hotel através de outro serviço.
Poor room accomidations
Have stayed here before, nice hotel. Not our experience on 8/9/20, worst room ever!! Couch looked like it came off the curb, peeling wallpaper and stained bench next to tv. Wall outlets were loose, hardly dared to plug anything in them. Rotten experience!!

I checked in the evening of Wednesday the 8th of July, 2020. Mason gave me room keys to 213 & told me his notes said the room wasn’t turned, or something along those lines; he asked me to go upstairs to check & if things didn’t look clean, to come back down. So, I went to 213, I did a quick walk around & noticed small pee stains on the toilet & what appeared to be pubic hair in the bathroom sick & dark spots & hair in the tub. Mason was kind enough to upgrade me to a new room, 240; he told me the former room being unkept wasn’t a surprise & he could tell me stories for days about complaints. 240 looked nicer in appearance & didn’t have pubic hair, I did find a water bottle under one of the chairs in the living room. After spraying sanitizing spray on the sheets & pillows & whole room, under, over & everywhere thrice over & then some (soaking the bed as a result), I felt a little better-only a little. Until I noticed the pillows have three or more covers on them, after one pillow had fallen off the bed, I picked it up noticing brown spots all over the pillow itself. It looked like the stains that have soaked & ripples throughout fabrics. Disgusting. I think they just put a “new” case over the already cased pillows & just keep doing that. While showering that evening, I heard a few tugs & pulls on my door, fortunately I had the safety lock on. Interestingly enough, the following morning, a housekeeper knocked on the door asking if I needed housekeeping. Note* all guests are advised in writing that housekeeping is NOT available if guests stay less than three days (I was only there two nights). My last morning there, I had been running an errand, I arrived back upstairs a little after ten, maybe five-ten minutes after ten. The night before, I asked Mason what time checkout was & he said 11. When walking down the hall to my room, I noticed four female housekeepers in my room, one of them walked past me with MY iPad & charger. I walked in on all four housekeepers “turning” my room. My snacks & toiletries were in a garbage can another housekeeper was walking away with. Unless checkout time was mistaken by Mason & I should’ve been out sooner, I am not a happy guest & will not return to Cambria. I spoke to a Tricia this afternoon & she told me she’d speak to the head housekeeper & contact me tomorrow. Zero stars to these housekeepers, I am appalled at the situation. I don’t want to presume & point fingers, but it seems some people may be taking the opportunity to take advantage of the COVID (no housekeeping if the stay is less than three days) situation—are they fishing for a catch? Knock on doors, if someone answers they’ll simply say “housekeeping,” if someone doesn’t answer, they’ll simply let themselves in. & of course, there aren’t any cameras in the hallway I was in. Update: July 11th 4:33p. No word from anyone from Cambria. I called earlier this afternoon & again, Tricia said someone would call me. I’ll be calling back tomorrow if I don’t hear back.
Great time
What a great place to stay. Close to the metro area Great shopping area and several restaurants to chose from. Great Rooms. Great location Excellent staff what more could you ask for. Once you stay here you will be back

Cambria in Maple Grove is an excellent facility, great personnel, nice amenities like bar, breakfast, pool, hot tub and execise room- convenient location right off freeway Quality facility at great price.
