Ficamos somente uma noite, mas valeu e muito a pena. Hotel novo e muito limpo. Noite super agradável, Café da manhã incluso e atendimento diferenciado. Minha família adorou o hotel. Se voltar a passar pela região, me hospedarei novamente.

I was raped there

I was raped at this hotel by a maintenance man. AVOID. I called the manager and he never called me back. It's a scary place, one that I would never return to. A detective arrested the man but I still had to go through a 5 hour rape ket exam. He posted bond the following day but when the police came up, he was shirtless and zipping up his pants. Terrifying. DO NOT GO, DO NOT TRUST THEM. IT'S A sleaze bag place where crime is committed and yet no is responsible. I was raped there. Anything else you need to know????

Not worth the night

Well this stay was interesting. The rooms were clean and the AC in the rooms worked. The staff was nice and friendly to all the guests. However, the rooms each needed a lot of maintenance such as loose faucets, uneven towel rods, doors that didn’t lock or stay tightly closed, etc. The breakfast was the average Hampton breakfast and that was as expected. Also, even though we dropped off our keys when I didn’t receive the email receipt after a few hours I noticed they hadn’t checked us out so I did so through my account. I think there’s some staff issues to be fixed here for sure. I’m not sure that I’d stay here again.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and with smiling faces, checkin was a breeze and the two behind the desk Novl and Marlo actualy made you feel welcom you could tell they enjoyed their jobs

The day before I went to my app and checked in via the digital key in a room on the 7th floor and thought all was good. On the day of arrival I was actually at the airport flying from Houston to Atlanta when I got a call from Marla at the hotel wanting to confirm if I was still arriving that evening. I told her that I was actually at the airport waiting on my flight and would be there but probably around midnight. She said no problem and that they would see me when I got there. I mentioned that I had done digital check-in but she said there was no record of it but to just check in at the front desk when I got there. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:10 a.m is when all the issues started I was greated by Ashon at the front desk. I gave him my name and he searched for a bit and he told me that my reservation had been “no-showed” and my room was given away and there were no rooms available at the hotel. I went through the whole story of what had happened and the fact that I talked to someone in the hotel less than 5 hours before and told her I was coming. Ashon offered no apology whatsoever. I asked what was he going to do to help me and he said he would try and call a few places but he was sure they were all booked due to a large convention in the area. I asked for the business card for the General Manager of the hotel which he gave me. I noticed a cellphone on it so I called Peter Saloukas on his cell. He did answer and I told him what was going on and at first he was somewhat rude and couldn’t believe that I would call him at this hour and bother him about this. Eventually he said he would call the front desk and see what they could do. Peter did so and talked to Ashon but came up with no solution. Ashon did try a few places with no luck so I got on my phone and after about 5 minutes found a hotel room at a Crown Plaza Atlanta Perimeter about 15 minutes away and booked that and left. Most of the time Ashon was just arguing with me telling me that I never did the virtual check in on the app as they had no record of it and I must be lying. Not once did either Ashon or Peter apologize for the situation nor did they seem to care what happened to me that evening. If it were not for me finding another hotel room I probably would have had to sleep in my car that evening.
