Resort pe na area com quartos tipo hotel e apartamentos para aluguel. Completos e grandes, bela varanda para a praia. Piscina com borda infinita, bons drinks e petiscos. Pessoal mega atencioso. Esteja preparado para um pouco de barulho das bandas mexicanas em algumas ocasioes mas não chega a estragar o programa, mas pode comprometer o sono.

The room air-conditioning was not working, dining tables in room had several stains, the couch had several stains, the bathroom had mold on the walls. I checked out within 1 hour of getting there, I had to find another hotel , What a horrible way to start my vacation. But I could not stay in that room, I felt dirty just being in there. Worst experience ever. Tiny elevator that was slow and no air conditioning. The only good thing was friendly staff

Traveled in Mexico for almost 4 weeks staying in different hotels, As a member of Park Royal, we drove here from Texas. This one of the worst experiences ever. The worst part was no water in the rooms, and when they would get water working for a little while, it was cold, I don't mind cold water but my kids had a hard time adjusting. Imagine getting stuck in their broken elevators then having to use the stairs, then finding no water, we had to go back down the stairs with kids and bathe them in the pool rinse showers, the staff admitted they have many issues but said they managers do nothing to fix it. Its a shame they take our money every year for maintenance and screw us with this bad experiences. The concierge ladies had no words for my experience, they just said take it up with Park Royal.

Please book with the hotel and do not get a "junior suite" sounds fancy but is an old room that smells like drainage and will be on the 1st floor, too late to upgrade there if you are not a "member of Park Royal" do your due diligence and do not trust on what you see on pictures. Last time staying here.

Rude people, dirty rooms, no water in the am. Rooms not ready until after 6pm. Cook picking his nose and preparing food without washing his hands first. After speaking to manager cook was rude and giving us dirty looks.
