We have been Hotel Inn Express Costumers over many years.

Stayed here one night. Room adequate and clean. Breakfast tired looking. Had to dicker with the front desk to get your advertised rate, and then had a extra $20.00 charge added to our folio, "in case we came down and bought something in the lobby during the night". We were assured that we would be credited on check-out, but the story changed in the morning. In fact, the credit arrived more than a week later. Now, twenty bucks is not a large amount, but this has left both my husband and myself with the feeling that we will be avoiding all Holiday Inn Express visits for a long time.

Really great new place to stay especially before a long drive!!

It was a great visit at a brand new hotel! Food, service, and rooms were clean and really good. Probably the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in countless ones. Really enjoyed how easy it was to get to off the freeway. It was sorely missed in our time driving and staying in Cali. But now I know where to go in future drives down or up!

Horrible maintenance and cleaning

We checked in no problem. First room the fan would not shutoff. It had a rattling noise where you wouldn’t be able to sleep. Staff tried to fix the problem but still didn’t work. They gave us another room and as soon as we walked in it smelled of insecticide. My husband tried to endure the smell but soon he was coughing and had a hard time breathing. He threw everything into his suitcase and said we were leaving and going to another hotel if they were unable to accommodate us. Called down to desk again and on the third room we were able to stay there. I would not recommend this hotel as it has issues.

Great Hotel with Amazing Staff

The people who work here are amazing and it shows throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room cleanliness is excellent. Sad to leave, this felt like home away from home. Thanks Jezzamie and thanks IHG

Nice room but not at airport exit

I had to pick my husband up from the airport and thought this hotel was at the airport. It is actually one exit south on I-5. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. There was a big breakfast in the morning that had enough variety that I could continue my regular low carb diet without a problem. I would stay again if I need to go to Medford in the future.
