Quick overnight stay before cruise departure

This was a convenient, well-priced deal for my travel companions and me. It exceeded our expectations for the price point and offered many services within a short distance. We didn’t go in to Central Venice, but it appeared simple enough to do so. Our hosts were lovely and accommodating, printing out a few documents we needed and offering useful advice where to go for pleasant meals. I recommend taking advantage of the in-room continental breakfast. Taxis typically arrived within 5-8 minutes of calling. The airport and train station are both within a short drive. We were grateful for the ability of two of our hosts to speak very good English and be patient with any cultural misunderstandings. All in all, a place I recommend for anyone looking to relax and be away from a busy area.

Really perfect place for visit Venice and sleep well. Historic center of Venice and Mestre is very noisy, I can’t sleep there. But at DREAM I find comfort, silence and good dream. And after relaxing night I was ready for visit Venice what I reached by public transportation in 15 min. Really happy.

We spend our vacancy at this private, family run hotel. We finded there full comfort, beautiful and really comfortable room, private Park and very good breakfast. The owners Was sweet and gave us all information. We love you. Thanks

We stay at this sweet place for few days during our Europe trip. It was the best place, the best room, the best service of all our trip!!! The owners Alla and Fabrizio are special people. We felt like at our home!

Complete lack of principles

We booked this B&B through Expedia. After a very difficult way to contact the owners for explanation how to reach the guest house ( can’t find it by Waze ) we arrived and this was not a place as advertised. It is in the middle of nowhere. Our room was located in a high floor with no elevator ( we were a family of five with seven bags ). After a quick look at the room, the huge smell of disinfectant made impossible for us to spend the night in this place ( which also has a check out time at 10 am). The wife or assistant of the owner who only speaks Italian (while he was siting )assured us that they understood this place was not suitable for us, and if was fine for us to leave. She kept insisting we should leave and look for another place without charging us. That they will do their best to work with Expedía to cancel any charges done to our card. Next day when we contact them they repeated they will to do their best again. He lied to us on all his emails assuring he will void charged. When Expedia contacted them, they said “no cancellation of any kind”; he will not return our $155 paid for a Guesthouse. I would never recommend a place with such principles.
