Karen is a dream and the site was above the rest!
The clerk Karen was was courteous, efficient and very professional. I had unforeseen personal circumstances that could have made a bad hotel experience even worse but that wasn't an issue. She made sure my check in was trouble free and I was comfortable. When my boyfriend arrived she made sure he was comfortable as well. Extended Staybis lucky to have Karem represent them and should be proud of all staff because of how well the property is kept.
Well worth the stay.!!
Hotel staff are very nice, helpful and accommodating. Room was nice and cozy and have all the things we need. The location was quiet and just closed by to commercial areas. Family was happy with our stay and definitely will be coming back at this hotel. Thank you, Nhey
We got STUCK in the elevator!!!
This is a review for 7/31/19- My family got stuck in the elevator on the 2nd floor. We had to call the emergency line and they were able to get us back down to the first floor. When the doors opened and we all rushed out, an employee asked what happened. When we told her we'd gotten stuck, her reply was, "But, I was just on it." The only correct response would have been, "I'm sorry" and "Are you ok?" Since I had extra time in the elevator, I noticed that the service expiration for the elevator expired in April. This morning I asked to speak with a manager before checking out about the negligence on the part of the hotel and the risk that the hotel put my family in. No manager was going to be there until 10am. I left all of my contact information and the girl at the front desk assured me that the manager would call when they came in at 10am. No phone call. I will give it until tomorrow, and then I will file a complaint with the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous.
We ended up booking this place literally days before arriving after our Airbnb cancelled on us at the very last minute. We felt very fortunate that we were able to book numerous rooms here. The rooms were of reasonable size and were clean. There was a pull out bed but I would use this if there really is no other choice. It was by means comfortable and we used it as of last resort. The rooms were quiet and the AC worked well. Bathrooms were fine and hot water abundant. Felt safe there and there was a lot of parking. Gas station nearby. Asian food mall down the road. Staff there was very nice and helpful. Probably would not be the first choice of where I would stay in the future but an option. Enjoy
I may be a Marriott snob, but seriously, they have issues. The first room they assigned me was torn apart for work. The second one had a remote that didn’t work, bottles and a bag of trash in the closet, hair in the shower, hair in the sink and on the vanity, etc etc. Definitely NOT clean. Definitely no more Extended Stays for me.
