Nice quiet, clean rooms. Breakfast was free, consisting of pre-wrapped egg mcmuffins, waffles, and toasted items. They were discussing coming changes in breakfast offerings. Staff was friendly. Internet was down temporarily, but Tanasha (desk clerk) was able to help me get my plane tickets printed.

Loved the stay at this hotel. Room was big and lovely to be in. Separate king room was incredible with temperature control. It was quiet and we slept like we do at home. Loved our stay and look forward to the next one!

Bed bug hotel

If you like bed bugs this is the hotel for you. That isn’t even the bad part of this hotel. They did move me rooms down the hall…. I requested compensation for the experience and the manager Shelly said she has no authority to rectify complaints and damages. So it took 3 days for the boss or owner to call me. They claimed they would rectify the issue. Still waiting… They offered to wash my clothes, I accepted and they bleached and destroyed all my clothes. Awesome. Now they refuse to talk to me. Also the manager said no one else asks for anything when they find bed bugs in their room. I guess this is a common occurrence.

Room was in poor condition, desperately needs repairs and updates

Couch was dirty and looks like a cat used it as a scratching post. Poor attention to detail of kitchen supplies. For example, only one fork. No TV channel guide, and none available when I requested one. Breaker tripped while we were out of the room, leaving no power to bedroom overnight. only 2 coat hangers in bedroom. Lots of details like that were missing. Also, breakfast offering were pathetic. A basic level Best Western offers the same level of food offering and service. I chose this hotel because I like the Hilton brand. This experience was not a good one. I hope this this is not the way Hilton is headed.

Worst hotel stay ever

Had booked this hotel 2 months in advanced for a birthday/shopping weekend. Called on the day of stay for early check in. Spoke to Virginia she was super nice and super accommodating. We arrived at the hotel about 12:30 and power was out. No fault of the hotel. Virginia greeted us, apologized for Mother Nature and gave us an area in the lobby so we could wait for the power to come back on. After waiting about 2 hours we decided to go to the mall. We got back to the hotel about 5:45 and power was back on. Checked in and thought everything was great until we got to our room and found the door open. They had already given our room to someone else. Went back to the front desk and was told by Tinushe that they had no more rooms. He had to get help as he didn’t know what to do. Melanie came out and just kept saying she didn’t know what happened and said it was the computers fault. Melanie did find us a room finally and although it’s not the same as the room we had booked we were happy to at least have a place to sleep. She told us she would take $100 of of the bill for the inconvenience. When we got to our room it was dirty. Couch cushions were ripped and had stains all over them as well as the desk chair. There was no soap or shampoos. Floors were dirty. Actually quite disgusting. We had to make the best of it as it was all we had. Next morning we get our email invoice and of course it was full price. When we went for breakfast we went to the front desk to ask about our bill and thank goodness Virginia was once again working and she adjusted our bill. Virginia was the only good experience at this hotel. We will not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
