The nastiest and worst kept Wyndham property I have ever experienced. Nothing worked. No drinks on location. Expired milk jug at breakfast. It was like a bad filming of the hills have eyes. They should have the franchise revolved.

Do not stay here

Very disappointed by the condition of this property and the cleanliness of the room! The carpet in the room was so filthy we had to keep our shoes on. The fridge did not work properly or stay closed. The breakfast was not even as good as they made it sound. It was dried biscuits that were like crackers. Stale eggs that had been sitting out for a while. Do not stay here…find another place to stay!

Not the best place in town, I hope.

We first tried the Comfort Inn but they were booked so their front deck lady recommended coming here. Didn’t even check their reviews first. Bad idea. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful and placed us on the 1st floor when we asked. Also the night clerk was great and got us extra pillows when asked. The room looked as if it had been remodeled but it was definitely not a great job. The furniture was still old and stained. The towels were very thin but long and some were stained also. The shower curtain had not been hung correctly so water leaked out and the toilet ran and ran until you would go in and shake the handle. There was a phone in the room but it didn’t work. Then after showering I made the mistake of walking across the carpet to get into bed. My feet were black and there was all sorts of debris on them. Had to rehash them and then wear my shoes whenever I wanted to walk around the room. Our TV didn’t work but front desk lady came right away and fixed it for us. Then there was breakfast. We got there about 1 hr before they closed. They were out of coffee, had no hot foot except a crock pot of gravy but had run out of biscuits. There was a place for hot food but none was there. I tried a waffle and there was barely enough mix left to make one and then no butter to put on it. The breakfast lady got me butter but then I realized there were no plates. She said she would have to get some. Well she didn’t come back and didn’t come back so myself and one other family ate ours out of bowels. The lady then came back and she had gone to the dollar store to get plates! Bless her heart. Then the lady next to us looked at the milk and it was expired. My husband had just used some on his cereal! Anywaysit was a huge disappointment. It was certainly not worth what they charge for a room to be so poorly taken care of. The grounds looked unkempt and the windows on the building were streaked and dirty. I’d look elsewhere if I had to stay again.

We decide to have a weekend getaway to see the lovey Laurel Community, which is worth the visit, Let me start by saying, the check in clerk,William, was so nice and helpful. However, that’s where the pleasantries end. This hotel is in need of every up available. Be aware if your are handicapped, make sure to get a ground floor room; this hotel has no elevator! All lobby furniture and in room furniture are covered in stains and grease. All the walls and hand rails are disfigured and need paint and / or replacing. The carpet looks as if it has never been cleaned. The vending machine were not only empty, they were unplugged. All upstairs walls,in the hallways, have visible water damage and bubbled paint peeling. My credit card was charged 3 times (they called it a holding fee) however my statement said “Comfort Inn” not Baymont Inn. Sketchy. Outside appearance needed to be updated as well; fresh paint and clean windows would help. It may be inexpensive but in this case you don’t even get what you pay for. Never again!

The room we were initially given had no towels or toilet paper. I asked the attendant and I was told they were out. Another room was provided but the remote didn’t work, the room was dingie and it had a smell
