Booked a King Bed Room. Arrived at location, they sent us to a 2 queen room. Ask front desk to correct, they said they couldn't. I was told they had a King size in a suite but the Manager would be upset if they were to use this room with out extra Pay. I am a diamond member and ask to use my status to upgrade. He again told me that he couldn't because of the manager. I don't like this manager and don't recommend this hotel

Big accolades to Paulette and all the wonderful staff at Comfort Inn, Sullivan Mo. We had to make a last minute trip to Potosi due to a death in our family. Every hotel, motel, Airbnb, EVERYTHING was booked due to a regional sports event. Although Sullivan was out of our way, we found the facility immaculately clean, well-appointed, and the staff beyond accommodating. Stay here... you will not be disappointed.

Last minute stop. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Pool was closed & a (lacking) grab bag breakfast was served due to Covid-19. Only complaint is that an hour prior to checkout, room service was already knocking at the door.

I plan our stays and one of the reasons I choose a hotel is because of the breakfast and pool and exercise room. Well because of Covid this hotel gave us a bag with a bottle of water, banana and a danish. DISAPPOINTING! Then the pool is closed and so is the exercise room. If I knew this was coming I could have stayed at Motel 6. I understand that covid takes a toll, but HELLO why does the price stay up when the quality goes down? The parking lot is full so it isn't because of the decline of patronage. We have about 6,000 miles to go and Comfort Inn will not see us again. Hello Motel 6.(Buy the way we paid $124 for this disappointment. I went to the gas station to get a real breakfast)

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the coffee in the lobby was wonderful. The campground we usually stay in was booked solid so this was a very nice, close stop after a day of floating. Obviously things are a little different due to COVID. If you need something, just ask. The front desk staff were very friendly.
