Apto com cozinha completa (refrigerador duplex, fogão, microondas, lava louças), espaçoso e com acesso fácil para I 65 e I 10. Equipe atenciosa e bom café da manhã (padrão norte americano). Serve um "lanche" entre 5 e 7pm de segunda a quinta-feira.

I was SO hoping the 4/5 reviews on trip advisor meant the place was pretty nice, but had a few extra picky guests- but when we got there, I quickly learned that 4/5 was generous. First of all, we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. It was dark and looked as if it was closed. When we finally got our keys and retreated to our room, we found a space that at first looked pretty decent, but upon closer inspection had hairs in the bed, all over the floor and random splatters of who knows what all over the walls. The evening was topped off with zero response after waiting at the front desk for 20 minutes to receive blankets for the sleeper sofa. It was a ghost town. No one at the front desk. We ended up gathering extra blankets from our van. Very strange and gross experience and we will be crossing home2 off our list for future travel.

Don't honor my reservation

Missed half day of work risked loosing my job because they screwed up my reservation. I wasn't in my room a total 8 hours and paid over 200 dollars just for that when my week was supposed to be under 800 worst experience I've had at a hotel.

Excellent accommodations for my trip to Mobile! Entire hotel is clean and well taken care of And staff was very friendly. Room was clean and ready on time, breakfast is included and they offer multiple recreation options for down time. No dreading taking a shower here, water pressure is perfect!

OK, but could be a lot better

Could be better. Our microwave and smoke alarm were not working. Just the look here is not as nice as other Homewood Suites I have tried. Not horrible but it lacked the upscale feel many of the other locations have. Needs more attention to detail to give it that 4 star feel.
