Passing through!

Avaliou em 11 de julho de 2020

We mapped out our route and this was an option for the overnight stay. Big mistake! We checked in around 8pm. When we opened our door to our room, it was 92*!!!! Their was NO air on at all in the room. We turned it on and it seemed to be cool air coming out, by 10:30 pm, I was dizzy and nauseous! My husband goes down to speak with the attendant about changing rooms. She found a room for us in the first floor and turned the air on for us to start cooling it down. Apparently all air is turned off in all the rooms even in 104 temps outside... We changed rooms and it was cooler in that room so we went to sleep. Waking up, we had a chance to see the conditions of the room. It just was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom floor even had a snip of 🤞🏼”beard hair”... we were brushing our teeth with our bottled water and running out the door, to just leave, skipped the shower all together. Just don’t stop here if your passing through!

Unpleasant stay

Avaliou em 4 de junho de 2020

We arrived late to the hotel, we had a doctors appointment early morning. I asked The attendant if they sanitized after every visit. He hesitated to answer and said yes in this case you should stay home. I told him the situation, which was critical. It made me very sad with what I’m going through, and he’s response. They definitely need new house keeping. The toilet had urine stains and pubic hair all over, the bath tub and floor was full of hair. The floor and carpet were dirty. The bed skirts And comforters had bodily fluids. The stay wasn’t pleasant. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures.

Monahans visit

This Comfort Inn was a relaxing and comfortable retreat. I never had a chance to use the pool/spa but their exercise room was enough! The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet even though you are close to the street. They provide a large choice of hot breakfast choices in the morning, which was very much appreciated. It is easy to get on/off the freeway since access is near.

By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. From the first impression I received wile booking my stay to my early exit. Wile booking I was greeted by what I would call less then acomidating customer service, more along the lines of me being a burden to the person I talked too. Apon arrival I was greeted by an employee playing candy crush on the computer, wile waiting for my key I asked where the restrooms were. I was greeted by the smell of a dead animal, feces on the toilet, no toilet paper, soap or paper towels. Two days later and it was still like this, which tells me no one that is male working here washes their hands, pictures will be attached. When I arrived to my room I opened the refrigerator, I was shocked to find it frozen and leaking water and mold growing in it. With it being 45 degrees out I went to turn on the heater, suprise it dosent work either. Wile trying to sleep I could here a smoke alarm peeping ever 30 seconds due to dead batteries. When I told the employee at the front desk the response was, that’s room# 123. So I’m guessing that someone has told them before. The room rate here is $180 a night, this place isn’t work $40 a night. And with all the oilfield employees staying here you’ll hear doors slamming all night long, people drunk and fighting in the hallway, everything you would expect for a $180 a night establishment.

Poor stay

My 83 year old dad and I checked in late last night after driving all day. The exterior of the hotel didn't look too bad. The front staff was nice and knowledgeable when we asked him about available restaurants. When we got on the elevator we noticed the dirty carpet which continued into the hallway of the 2nd floor where our room was. My thought, maybe some construction workings are staying here. We got into our room which was very large to my surprise. However we were met with the stench of "goats" and/or unwashed bodies. Further inspection, the smoke detector in the bedroom was missing. The shelving in the closet was hanging down from the wall by 2 screws. There were 2 beers left in the fridge and loose change in the nightstand obviously left by the previous occupant(s). In addition, the rubber tip to the doorstopper to the bathroom door is missing, creating a loud banging when it hits the brick "back splash" when the door is opened. To make matters worse there was dirt and sand behind the bathroom door. Furthermore, a toothpick and clothing tags were found on the floor which the cleaning crew should have seen if they had vaccuumed. If my dad wasn't so tired, we would have found another place. This was not worth the $350 we paid to stay here for 1 night. Note: There were some good things about our stay. Michael, at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and the beds were comfortable.
