Our car was stalled at the Metra station University Park. It was freezing cold- 9 am on a Sunday and AAA could not get our car started . We opted to stay over to find a car dealer on Monday. The reservation host offered an early check in once the room was ready- so we were in at noon which was greatly appreciated. The bed was the most comfortable my husband has slept in- even compared to 5 star hotels.

I've stayed at this motel 3 times so far. It's easy to get to right off I-57. It's clean, the staff is great, I feel safe and secure. I always feel welcome. The only thing that bothers me is that it's a no pets motel. That means when I travel with my dog I have to stop elsewhere.

Location is close by for paintball event we were attending. Manager and staff were very friendly and when we had early mornings Saturday/Sunday 6am/5am they had breakfast ready for us. Very accommodating staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was quiet. Culvers next door. We'll be back next year!!!!

Quiet hotel.... clean facility, beds were comfortable, heated pool with a sound proof enclosing, and very professional and accommodating customer service on the night shift.... Day shift employees weren’t as friendly but they offered free breakfast and easy check out

Clean, quiet, decent beds. Same old same old breakfasts but, the price is included with room rate. Room could use some maintenance and better care and concern given to the security of guests. Cameras in a hallway are not a substitute for room door security.
