The staff (Liz and Tobias) was very helpful, friendly and professional. We had to depart earlier than expected and the Manager and Front Desk staff was very accommodating to our needs and timing for our check-out. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I've been staying here a couple of time a year since 2015. The hotel is on a downward slide. In 2015, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning & heating system worked, & everything worked. In late 2022, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The fan in my room ran all the time. I tried several times to turn off the fan, but I couldn't do it. When I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, she told me that the fan runs all the time. She told me I could control the temperature, but not the fan. There are other, newer hotels in the immediate area of this one. I'll be staying in one of the other hotels on my next trip.

Comfortable Stay

I was in town for a couple of nights for an OU game. This hotel looks meh from the outside. Inside is nice, clean and excellent customer service. Elevators were always avail. Small gym and indoor pool. Several fast food places within walking distance. My room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are also suites so they are spacious and have a mini fridge. Decent breakfast, but so many places don’t have one at al anymore. I would stay here again. Room 401 is top corner and I really liked it.

We spent two nights at the Springhill Suites in Moore, OK recently. Overall an okay stay; could've been better. The good: 1. Breakfast was nice and felt like the usual, pre-Covid offering 2. Staff were courteous and professional 3. Ample parking with well-lit parking lots 4. Location - right off I-35 Needs work: 1. Carpets everywhere are showing their age. 2. Plaster/paint peeling off the bottom of the pool. Pump didn't seem to be running when we used the pool. Very few chairs. No towels 3. Beds were old and not very comfortable. Pillows flattened to a pancake (needed about 3 to get desired elevation) 4. Humidity level in room was way too high despite running AC at about 70F. 5. Room cleaning only every other day but this wasn't clearly communicated upfront. We had to ask for clean towels on Day 2. I remember this property as new/fresh about 10 years ago and it's time for a refresh.

Excellent service and spacious rooms

We booked at the last minute due to a change in plans and we arrived very late but the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! He got us checked in quick and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious and had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. They have both hot breakfast and grab and go items. I utilized the workout room while I was there and it was clean, had extra towels and cleaning wipes. Even the checkout was quick and easy. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.
