Best Hotel in Telluride/Mountain Village

Wow! Blown away by this property, everything from the wonderful staff (kevin & billy!), gorgeous restaurant, lounge area and amenities to the well appointed and thoughtful rooms. The design evokes a bespoke luxurious mountain retreat yet so approachable and welcoming. We were in town for the Bluegrass festival and felt like our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the festival. The location is incredible, SO easy to get to Telluride and the staff made us feel right at home. I see why this hotel is the only Forbes 5 Star property in the area.. Bravo!!

Top-shelf room amenities and excellent service make this hotel stand out. And the view from our room was stunning. Super comfortable, amazing housekeeping service and an extraordinary meal in the Timber room. Highly recommend!

Absolute perfection. This resort is beyond beautiful and the service is impeccable. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the vibe is unpretentious and genuine. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay at the Madeline!

We recently had a five night stay at the hotel, in one of the hotel rooms. Our hotel room was finally appointed, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine, as we are totally addicted to having us Nespresso coffees. We also very much enjoyed the dining experiences at the Black iron kitchen and bar. We dined there every day, and had fantastic meals there! The staff and service were extraordinary. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, with two hot tubs. We even did a bit lap swimming , though the pool is very short for lap swimming. No worries, the view from the pool and the ambience at the hotel makes up for the short distance of the pool for lap swimming. The concierge staff is also very helpful, and reaches out to you regularly for any assistance that they may provide. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, lovely interior, ideal location. The location is AMAZING. Especially come winter! You are in the heart of the two towns (Telluride and Mountain Village) and IMO you are next to one of the best restaurants (Black Iron).
